1. Declare Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourgeas an attacker
2. Respond by sacrificing Burnished Hart triggering its ability to drop a land into play.
3. Put Jeleva's ability on the stack
4. Cast Jokulhaups with Jeleva's ability.
5. Resolve Jokulhaups - destroying wverything.
6. Resolve Burnished Hart, dropping a land into play.
Is that possible, or can I not do anything in between the declare attacker and the trigger from Jeleva?
As soon as attackers or blockers are declared the first thing the game does is run a check to see if there are any triggered abilities that will need to be put on the stack and put them there. Only after that will you be able to add anything new to the stack like the ability on burnished hart.
This will mean that the ability on burnished hart resolves first so the land you drop into play will get blown up by Jokulhaups.
