You gain control of your opponent during their next turn, and the extra turn they get is after the turn where you've controlled them. So if you cast Emrakul during their turn, you take your turn normally after that, then you control their turn after yours, then they get an extra turn.

I'm a former judge (lapsed), who keeps up to date on rules and policy. Keep in mind that judges' answers aren't necessarily more valid than those of people who aren't judges; what matters is we can quote the rules to back up our answers. When in doubt, ask for such quotes.
You control your opponent's next turn. At the end of the turn you controlled, they get an extra turn.
While having a turn in which you can attack with Emrakul before Emrakul's cast trigger has any bearing on the game is unusual, simply following the text of her ability as printed is fairly simple.
I see. Because a third party software I am testing decks with, I get to play opponent's turn first. So I wanted to clarify before reporting if it is bugged.
Thanks.

Do I play my turn first, or opponent's turn?
