If I have more than one aegis angel come into play making other target creatures indestructible and one of the aegis Angels die do they all stay indestructible?
No. When a card uses its name in the rules text its basically saying 'this card.'
So in short the card reads...
When Aegis Angel enters the battlefield, another target permanent gains indestructible for as long as you control This Card.
201.4. Text that refers to the object it’s on by name means just that particular object and not any other objects with that name, regardless of any name changes caused by game effects.
201.4a If an ability’s effect grants another ability to an object, and that second ability refers to that first ability’s source by name, the name refers only to the specific object that is that first ability’s source, not to any other object with the same name. This is also true if the second ability is copied onto a new object.

No.
Each creature that was made indestructible by an Aegus Angel is tied to that specific Aegis Angel. It does not care at all about any other Aegis Angels that may or may not be on the battlefield.
Generally, whenever a card says its own name, without anything like "card named <card name>", it really means "this particular object". For the indestructible creature to remain indestructible until the last Aegis Angel leaves, Aegis Angel's ability would have to read something like "... for as long as you control a creature named Aegis Angel."
If the same permanent gains indestructible by two or more Aegis Angels, the effects overlap, so that the permanent stops having indestructible (provided it didn't already have indestructible beforehand) only when all of those Aegis Angels leave the battlefield (C.R. 611.2a). (The effects overlap in this case because multiple instances of indestructible on that permanent are redundant [C.R. 702.12c].) Note also that if Aegis Angel leaves the battlefield before its ability resolves, its effect granting indestructible will do nothing (C.R. 611.2b).

Akroma, Angel of Wrath
Aegis Angel
This works as you want. Both Akroma and the first Aegis will be Indestrucible. Is there some reason you thought it wouldn't?
Also, if you have a question, please create a new thread for it. Don't post in an old one, even if it is about the same cards.
