Provided that the players survive the 30 damage hit from Ashling to begin with, yes. Omnath will see the other elementals dying and will create a trigger for each of them as well as one for himself dying
W may only be paid with white mana. U may only be paid with blue mana. B may only be paid with black mana. R may only be paid with red mana. G may only be paid with green mana. C may only be paid with colorless mana. 1 may be paid with white, blue, black, red, green, or clolorless mana.
So I don't die first preventing omnath from going off? The people in my group said that I due from ahsling first making everything die at the same time I do removing all the damage from the stack so I die and I can't use omnath
Because with visions I take 60 so I die but do I get the omnath triggers as well before I die
This depends on who controls Visions of Brutality and whose turn it is. If you were at more than 30 life, you may be able to resolve the Omnath triggers and finish off opponents that way before Visions of Brutality makes you lose life (an amount which will probably be A LOT more than 30. It will be 30 X each creature and player hit by Ashling). The trigger from Visions and the trigger from the Elementals you control dying from Ashling's damage are put on the stack at the same time, because you apply state-based actions (like making lethally damaged creatures die) before putting any triggered abilities on the stack from the damage event. The order in which they are put on the stack is based on who controls which trigger and whose turn it is. The active player (the one whose turn it is) puts his triggers on the stack first, followed by each other player in turn order. The triggers put on the stack last resolve first. So if, as the Ashling player, you are either the active player OR before the controller of Visions of Brutality in turn order from the active player, Visions' trigger resolves first and you lose; the triggers from Omnath are removed from the stack as you leave the game. If you are after Visions' controller in turn order, your Omnath's triggers resolve first.
If you were at 30 life or less to start, you lose the game before any triggers are put on the stack, so all of that is moot.

so if it was the guy who contolled the visions turn, so on his turn he goes to blow up ashling in response i use ashling and i was at 40 life so i can then use omnaths ability

Correct.
Even if Omnath's damage is only enough to kill the opponent who controlled Visions, you save yourself, because him losing means Visions' trigger leaves the stack.

ok so i was playing in this exact situation i had a 33 omnath locus of mana 22 5/5 elementals and elemental mastery on locus of mana with locus of rage on the field i tap the locus of mana for 33 1/1 elementals for the extra damage so turn order clockwise i think it is with two people controlling a visions so the turn order was :the guy who controlled the first visions then the second guy who controlled visions and then me and two others after me it was the guy who controlled the first visions he destroyed my ashling in response i use ashling since it was his turn the damage goes to go off and then his effect goes on the stack first when the damage is dealt allowing all the death triggers to happen first because they were put on the stack last allowing me to kill some people before the damage is dealt to me if i am understanding it right

Yes, as described, you would be able to deal 168 damage (55 tokens + 1 Locus of Rage, x 3 damage) divided in increments of 3 to various targets, all before each Visions of Brutality would have you lose upwards of 2000 life, more-or-less, more if your opponents controlled a good number of creatures. You probably win, dodging utter oblivion.

ok that is kind of confusing but when explained it is easy to understand when they said i died before anything else saying that when the damage is dealt the enchantments automatically deal the damage before anything else making me die before i have a chance to let omnath go off but i was also able to make 33 more tokens as well with elemental mastery to increase the damage and allow me to survive killing both players who controlled both enchantments
oh thats what you took into account how you got 55 lol i probably could have made more though and floated some green but at taht point i could already avoid death
