I'm in the process of building a spirit deck and couldn't find an answer to this. When you make a copy of Iname, Life aspect and the token dies, would you still be able to do the exile ability, or is it gone before that point?
Even if Iname is a token, its ability will trigger when it dies; a token can go to the graveyard or anywhere else like other permanents (C.R. 111.6). However, the token will cease to exist as a state-based action (C.R. 704.5d), so it can't be exiled from the graveyard as that ability resolves (indeed, it can't move to any other zone from the graveyard [C.R. 111.8]). Even so, though, the ability will still go on the stack (C.R. 113.7a, 603.3) and you may target any number of Spirit cards in your graveyard as you do (C.R. 603.3d, 601.2c), even though the token is no longer in the graveyard and the ability will do nothing when it resolves (according to C.R. 603.5, even if the ability is optional, it must still be put on the stack). (This is assuming that you use "making a copy" to mean "putting a token onto the battlefield".)
EDIT (Nov. 11, 2021): Some rules were renumbered in the meantime. Added to first sentence.
the "you may exile Iname, Life Aspect" portion of the triggered ability is considered a cost, which means that you can't choose to (try to) pay it because by the time the ability resolves the token doesn't exist anymore. It is similar to trying to pay 2 life while at 1, or tapping a creature that's already tapped (to pay a cost).
Relevant Rules:
117.12. Some spells, activated abilities, and triggered abilities read, “[Do something]. If [a player]
[does or doesn’t], [effect].” or “[A player] may [do something]. If [that player] [does or doesn’t],
[effect].” The action [do something] is a cost, paid when the spell or ability resolves. The “If [a
player] [does or doesn’t]” clause checks whether the player chose to pay an optional cost or started
to pay a mandatory cost, regardless of what events actually occurred
117.3. A player can’t pay a cost unless he or she has the necessary resources to pay it fully. For
example, a player with only 1 life can’t pay a cost of 2 life, and a permanent that’s already tapped
can’t be tapped to pay a cost. See rule 202, “Mana Cost and Color,” and rule 602, “Activating
Activated Abilities.”
