Hello, I'm new to magic and was wondering about upkeep triggers. So I'm in a game of EDH and it's about to be my turn, now currently on my board I have Havoc Festival and Blood Clock. Now I untap then upkeep, on my upkeep do I get to choose the order of upkeep triggers so I can bounce Havoc festival to avoid damage or is it simultaneous and I take the damage anyway?
As the controller of both triggers, you choose the order you put them on the stack; however, you must put both of them on the stack, and abilities are independent from their sources once on the stack. You can bounce Havoc Festival before its ability resolves, but it is still on the stack, it eventually resolves and you lose half your life.

While you can stack the trigger such that Blood clock can return the enchantment first, a trigger on the stack is independent of its source. Removal of the source will not stop the Festival's trigger, you will still lose half of your life rounded up when it resolves.
You can choose the order you put the triggered abilities on the stack (C.R. 603.3b), since they both triggered at the same time, while you controlled their sources (C.R. 112.8), but even so, the abilities will still get to resolve even if their source isn't on the battlefield (C.R. 112.7a). Note also that two abilities never resolve simultaneously, but only one at a time (C.R. 116.4), and that neither ability in your scenario causes damage, but only loss of life (under C.R. 119.3, damage to players usually causes loss of life, but not always).
