Yes. Costs are paid when you cast a spell or activate an ability. This means, that by the time the spell/ability resolves, any cards that change zones due to such costs arrive in their new location long before.
A brief note: because the prized amalgams come back at the beginning of the end step, you cannot endstep activate stitchwing skaab and bring the prized amalgams back on the same turn. They will come back at the beginning of the following end step.
If you wish to bring back the skaab and the amalgams on the same turn, you must activate stitchwing before the endstep (say when your opponent passes priority during the final main phase).
