Three mana on both. The best way of thinking of trinisphere is that it cheks last of all things. And nothing avoids the sphere.
1) You cast GSZ with x=2 for the enchantress. Total cost of the spell is 3 so Trinisphere does nothing.
2) Your Wild Growth would cost 2 with lodestone in play, but trinisphere says it has to cost at least 3 so it costs 3.
EDIT: I can really suggest reading up on card-specific rules anytime you wonder about some interactions.
12/1/2004 Trinisphere's ability affects the total cost of the spell. It is applied *after* any other cost increasers or cost reducers are applied: First apply any cost increases. Next apply any cost reducers. Finally look at the amount of mana you have to pay. If it's less than three mana, you'll pay three mana.
12/1/2004 Even with a cost reducer on the battlefield, spells can't cost less than three mana to cast.
12/1/2004 If a spell costs at least three mana due to additional costs, such as kicker costs, that's fine.
12/1/2004 You still need to pay any additional nonmana costs the spell has, such as sacrificing a creature or discarding cards.
12/1/2004 Casting a creature with morph face down already costs three mana, even though the converted mana cost of the face-down spell is zero, so Trinisphere normally doesn't modify the total cost of a face-down creature spell. However, if Dream Chisel is reducing that cost while Trinisphere is on the battlefield, you'll still have to pay three mana for the spell.

When you delve for Treasure Cruise, you are still considered paying 8 mana for it regardless if you delve 7 cards or 0. So if there were a Delve spell that cost less than 3, it would still be affected by Trinisphere.
Good point, though delve works as a cost payment, not a cost-reducer. so a Treasure Cruise still costs 8 and you pay 8 for it, only that you can pay for 7 of them by exiling cards from the graveyard instead.

I have a related question then. Does phyrexian mana count for the sphere too then? If I play a dismember, and if I choose to pay the 4 life, would I still have to pay 3 mana?
Yes. You're taking an alternative way to cast the spell (1 mana and 4 life). Trinisphere requires that 3 mana is paid at all times (which means in that scenario, you'd still end up paying 3 mana and 4 life).
then how is that different from the delve example above? Why would delving seven cards for a treasure cruise not be considered an alternate cost in the same way?

Up until recently (KTK I think) delve was considered a cost-reducer that reduced the cost of a spell. You could fo example delve away 15 cards to a treasure Cruise if you wanted to. That was changed to a way of paying the mana-cost, while phyrexian mana is supplying an alternate cost f casting the spell.
Something like Gitaxian Probe costs either 2 life or one blue mana meaning Trinisphere tacks on either 3 or 2 extra mana. A delve-card still cost what is says in top-right but you simply pay for the mana differently.
And yes, that is kinda confusing and unintuitive.

Because it is not an alternate cost. Delve helps you pay the cost of the spell.
2) If my Opponent has Trinisphere, and a Lodestone Golem, Does my Wild Growth costs 3 mana or 4?
Many thanks in advance.
