Let's say that I control a Circle of Flame and my opponent attacks me with a Frontline Medic and two soldier tokens. If I cast Polymorphist's Jest, those creatures will lose indestructible and die right?
After attackers are declared, the battalion trigger and your Circle of Flame triggers all want to go on the stack at once. Since you are the defending player, his trigger will go on the stack first, and then your Circle triggers will go on after, and resolve before his creatures are indestructible.
W may only be paid with white mana. U may only be paid with blue mana. B may only be paid with black mana. R may only be paid with red mana. G may only be paid with green mana. C may only be paid with colorless mana. 1 may be paid with white, blue, black, red, green, or clolorless mana.
Circle of flame will trigger when they all attack. If you turn them all into frogs, when circle of flame's ability resolves, said creatures will just be 1/1's, and will die when SBA's are checked.

This is only true if his creatures have 1 toughness...which frontline medic does not have (and he didn't specify how big the tokens were). So you would have to use polymorphist's jest to at least kill the frontline medic. But this is a good point; if they have 1 toughness, you could pick off the ones with 1 toughness before battalion resolves.
