If angel of serenity is controlled by you opponent, your invisible stalker cannot be targeted by it.
If you control the angel when she comes into play, you can target your own invisible stalker
EDIT: if you meant when the stalker was in the graveyard, i'm pretty sure she can but not positive. Can someone else confirm this situation?
It can indeed exile it from the graveyard. The text of the card states "creature cards" not creatures. This means it can only exile cards in the graveyard with the type "creature." Since the card is in the graveyard, it's just a card, so it doesn't have any effects it would normally have on the battlefield. (No card in the graveyard will, unless stated otherwise.)

Whats the big deal about black lotus you ask? Well you see, there is no big deal about it. It IS the big deal.
I am sorry for sounding like an idiot but i still do not understand the answer. Let me make the question very simple:
My opponent has invisible stalker on the battlefield. I cast angel of serenity onto the battlefield and it states that I can exile any creature on the battlefield. I choose to exile invisible stalker who has hexproof. Is the invisible stalker exiled or not? I am sorry for not understanding complicated answers. Thank you
