Do both abilities trigger simultaneously, or may I choose their order? Specifically, which scenario is true:
SCENARIO 1: When my creatures did combat damage, a "snapshot" of my opponent's graveyard was taken by each of them before any triggers, so even if Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker mills Avacyn, Angel of Hope (among other things), it's too late for me to put her on the battlefield with Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni's ability.
It will have the result of 1 but for a slightly different reason. both abilities trigger at the same time, but you do choose the order in which they go on the stack. But since ink-eye's ability targets it will need to be chosen as its ability is going on the stack, which is before the mill will happen.
Do both abilities trigger simultaneously, or may I choose their order?
They deal combat damage simultaneously, so they trigger simultaneously. You then choose the order in which their triggers are placed on the stack.
510.2. Second, all combat damage that’s been assigned is dealt simultaneously. This turn-based action doesn’t use the stack. No player has the chance to cast spells or activate abilities between the time combat damage is assigned and the time it’s dealt. This is a change from previous rules.
510.3. Third, any abilities that triggered on damage being assigned or dealt go on the stack. (See rule 603, “Handling Triggered Abilities.”)
603.2. Whenever a game event or game state matches a triggered ability’s trigger event, that ability automatically triggers. The ability doesn’t do anything at this point.
603.3. Once an ability has triggered, its controller puts it on the stack as an object that’s not a card the next time a player would receive priority. See rule 116, “Timing and Priority.” The ability becomes the topmost object on the stack. It has the text of the ability that created it, and no other characteristics. It remains on the stack until it’s countered, it resolves, a rule causes it to be removed from the stack, or an effect moves it elsewhere.
603.3b If multiple abilities have triggered since the last time a player received priority, each player, in APNAP order, puts triggered abilities he or she controls on the stack in any order he or she chooses. (See rule 101.4.) Then the game once again checks for and resolves state-based actions until none are performed, then abilities that triggered during this process go on the stack. This process repeats until no new state-based actions are performed and no abilities trigger. Then the appropriate player gets priority.
The abilities don't resolve until well after both have been placed on the stack. Placing the "Whenever Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni deals combat damage to a player, you may put target creature card from that player's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control." ability on the stack includes choosing a target for it. The target must be a creature card in that player's graveyard, not one that will only be in that graveyard Real Soon Now. No matter which order you choose, the "Whenever Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker deals combat damage to a player, that player reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals four land cards, then puts those cards into his or her graveyard." ability will not have resolved when you choose the target.
603.3d The remainder of the process for putting a triggered ability on the stack is identical to the process for casting a spell listed in rules 601.2c–d. If a choice is required when the triggered ability goes on the stack but no legal choices can be made for it, or if a rule or a continuous effect otherwise makes the ability illegal, the ability is simply removed from the stack.

Why bother with mere rulings when so many answers can be found in the Rules?
Ah, that makes perfect sense.
Thanks to the both of you for replying. I very much appreciate your having taken the time!
Let's say I attack with Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker and Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. They both get through and deal combat damage.
SCENARIO 2: When my creatures did combat damage, I can put their triggers on the stack in the order of my choice, so I could have Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker's ability trigger first, see Avacyn, Angel of Hope get milled (among other things), then have Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni's ability trigger second, letting me put Avacyn, Angel of Hope on the battlefield.
. . . ?
Any help will be greatly appreciated, since I'm sure this very scenario will occur sooner or later in my playgroup.
Thanks!

They deal combat damage simultaneously, so they trigger simultaneously. You then choose the order in which their triggers are placed on the stack.
