If I have Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Varolz, the Scar-Striped out, and Varolz gets himself killed, can I sacrifice Jarad to regenerate Varolz, and then use Jarad's "Sacrifice a Swamp and a Forest: Return Jarad from your graveyard to your hand" ability to bring him back?
Remember that you'd have to activate Varolz's ability before he would actually die, for instance, you could activate it (sacrificing Jarad) in response to a spell that would kill Varolz.
Yes. If Varolz were to be killed you can regenerate him to prevent that dying (He'll stay on the battlefield and never hit the GY) and then when Jarad goes to the GY you can sacrifice a swamp and a forest to return him to your hand.
Yes, you can do this. There is no interaction between the two abilities that would prevent you from activating them in succession. You can even activate Varolz, then immediately activate Jarad to return it, before the activated ability resolves.

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
