Can someone tell me if this is correct or if there is something wrong in my thinking?
The situation is as follows:
There is a Dictate of Kruphix in play. I Enter the Infinite and place Psychic Spiral as the one card on top of my library. Pass Turn. My opponent takes their turn and passes. My turn, untap, upkeep, draw psychic strike with dictate trigger on the stack, cast psychic spiral to refill my library then draw my second card.
Is this correct? I don't understand how it would work with the wording of Dictate. At the beginning means before my normal draw card but I know it goes on the stack... but it says "additional" so is this two cards once it resolves?
I have a feeling it won't work the way I want it to...
The first part of the Draw Step is a Turn-Based Action of drawing a card. That Turn-Based Action does not use the stack, and can not be responded to. However, Dictate of Kruphix's ability is a standard Triggered Ability that goes on the stack after that, and waits to resolve. You would have a chance to respond to it.
So, first did you mean Psychic Spiral instead of Psychic Strike?

504.1. First, the active player draws a card. This turn-based action doesnt use the stack. #
504.2. Second, any abilities that trigger at the beginning of the draw step and any other abilities that have triggered go on the stack. #
504.3. Third, the active player gets priority. Players may cast spells and activate abilities.
So, you will draw a card, the psychic card, the ability of kruphix will go on the stack, and you, the active player, will receive priority, and have the ability to cast spells before the ability of Kruphix resolves.

Yes Fix'd
