Shroud will prevent anything that targets from being able to target you. Things like Honor of the Pure never target and are never affected by things like Shroud and Hexproof.
Cards that target always include the specific English word target in the Oracle text, or in specific rules pertaining to them, such as Equip and Aura. If it doesn't used that specific word, it doesn't target.

Everyone knows that good luck and good game are such insincere terms that any man who does not connect his right hook with the offender's jaw on the very utterance of such a phrase is no man I would consider as such.
Shroud makes it so spells and abilities can not target you. The only abilities and effects that actually target anything in Magic are things that specifically use the word "target" in their text. The exception to this is when the word target is buried in the rules for a Keyword ability, like Equip or Enchant (Equipment only target when their equip ability is activated, Auras only target when they are spells on the stack). Honor of the Pure does not use the word target, so its static abilty will be unaffected by you having Shroud, as nothing about that ability is dependent on you being "targettable".
Everyone is right. For reference, this is the official ruling on the matter.
114.9a Just because an object or player is being affected by a spell or ability doesnt make that object or player a target of that spell or ability. Unless that object or player is identified by the word "target" in the text of that spell or ability, or the rule for that keyword ability, its not a target. #
So, as you can see, if it doesn't say target, then it doesn't target.
