The situation is, I cast Supreme Verdict to destroy Stormbreath Dragon on my opponent's field. However, he activate hisStormbreath Dragon ability to monstrosity in order to deal damage to me. Here I immediately cast Doom Blade to destroy the dragon.
My question is doesStormbreath Dragon deal damage and Is it the same result if the dragon play ability as sorcery and opponent castDoom Blade to destroy it first.
Monstrosity does happen at Instant speed, however your Doom Blade on the stack should resolve before he goes monstrous so the Stormbreath should deal no damage.

I will always firmly stand by the belief that Magic is a game first and a collectable second.
In either case, abilities on the stack are independent of thir source. If the the creature is destroyed or removed from the battlefield, the ability still resolves. You'll take the damage .

While the reasoning is sound, the answer is incorrect. The Monstrosity ability is what's on the stack here, not the dragon's trigger; as such, when the Monstrosity ability goes to resolve, it will resolve, do nothing, and the dragon's ability won't trigger because it's no longer on the battlefield to trigger.

But in that case the ability to deal damage to the opponent haven't triggered yet. When Player B activate the dragons monstrosity A casts doom blade. This will kill the dragon and since it's dead it cannot become monstrous or put the ability on the stack.
The stack after casting the doom blade:
Doom Blade
Monstrous
Supreme Verdict
Now B can let the Doom Blade resolve meaning the damgetrigger will ever go on the stack. If he has enough mana he can activate monstrous again placing it on top of the Doom blade meaning the damage will go through before the dragon dies.

If B has the mana then sure. The second activation would resolve first, making it monsterous (since it currently wouldn't be) and triggering its ability.

Is that the same result if the creature is Aetherling I mean if I use his skill to exile him before I let Doom Blade
resolve
Yes. You can activate an ability any time you're able to pay the cost. The new activation will go on top of the stack, just like any other situation where you're making a response to something.
You mean if you use aetherling's blink effect and then your opponent responds with a kill spell can you use it again? Again yes, as long as you can pay the costs you can activate an ability as many times as you like (barring any other restriction the ability may put on itself, like loyalty abilities which can only be activated once per turn per permanent).

I have another question. Assume that there is a creature with ability to sacrifice himself to deal damage. Player A activate his ability but B cast the spell to kill this creature before his ability resolve. Can the creature's ability will be activated again?
Well, the thing with that is that creatures that sacrifice themselves will do it as a cost, not as an effect. So, by the time you activate the effect and it can be responded to, the creature will already have been sacrificed to pay to activate the effect.

When in doubt, call a judge.
Objectivist here. Hit me up to talk philosophy.
