Let's say as an incentive (if you must need one) you get $15K for each whole expansion block removed from history. What is the furthest back you would revert to? Maybe an impossible question.
Return to Ravnica for me, but I could go all the way back to Lorwyn.
RTR was a set with the return of very popular, identifiable guilds in which the effort of waiting years for finally culminated. Stand outs for me include planeswalkers (Vraska), a favorite equipment in Illusionist's Bracers, Abrupt Decay. The two first sets provided outstanding charms. Dragon's Maze sure had stinkers...Selesnya...
The Theros Gods/enchantment block though didn't really make me want to align with any particular God as I did with the guilds.
Theros and Khans, in its incompleteness, in my mind weren't really as important or stood out.

All of them and retire? I love Magic, but I'd love being independently wealthy more.
