I find it very difficult to describe equally the influence of the 5 colors on a single plane.
And so I was wondering recently, do the 5 colors of mana preside over single planes equally (i.e. A plane can only exist if the WUBRG supplies these 5 qualities equally, w/ 1 quality per color)? Or is there a primary/principle color that gives rise to the other 4?
And if the five colors of mana rule equally, could each be said to have one property in relation to that single plane?
And if so, what would those 5 properties be?
It depends on the plane. On Innistrad, Black was much more powerful initially. M15's Soul cycle shows how various planes are related more closely to one color than the others - for example, Zendikar is more Green-aligned, while Ravnica is more Blue. Going back further, Shards of Alara had five worlds where each had one primary color and only two other colors, but those were technically five parts of the same plane.
Artificial planes tend to be mainly influenced by one color. See: Phyrexia, Serra's Realm.
There's also the fact that the influence of different colors of mana varies greatly between locations on one plane.
Very obviously blue. Besides most powerful cards, Urza. By himself trumps pretty much all other things (besides Yawgmoth).
While Urza's legend is blue, his philosophy is very black: The ends justify the means. The flavor text to Extruder reveals a lot about Urza's methods.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
712.5b The controller of another player can't make choices or decisions for that player that aren't called for by the rules or by any objects. The controller also can't make any choices or decisions for the player that would be called for by the tournament rules.
Example: The player who's being controlled still chooses whether he or she leaves to visit the restroom, trades a card to someone else, agrees to an intentional draw, or calls a judge about an error or infraction.

MTGS egos at their finest.
Thoughts on proxies:
I play Legacy. Blue says you're wrong. All the other colors agree.

How about this?
