I'd say Contract from Below. Filling your graveyard and drawing seven cards for 1 mana is hideously broken, even more so than Black Lotus's mana acceleration. If it weren't ante, it'd be the best card in vintage.

Contract from Below costs 1 mana and acts like a one-sided Wheel of Fortune (which is restricted in Vintage). It can draw you more cards than Ancestral Recall for the same price, and AR is considered by some to be the strongest card ever printed.
