Next artist is Vincent Proce, who had produced around 40 card arts. This isn't a name that springs readily to my mind, but after voting for Grim Backwoods in the other art thread I took a look at the rest of his output and was impressed. I think you'll find something to like too.
Voting will remain open for one week. Please choose one card only as your favourite by this artist, with as many honourable mentions as you like. You may also nominate an artist for us to cover in a future vote.
Artists already voted on are listed in the first post. Currently nominated but not yet voted on are; Phil Foglio, Gabor Szikszai.

Next up, Jesper Ejsing. This artist seems to be doing more D&D art, so we don't see so many cards of his in sets these days. His colour palette goes from limited (Inkfathom Infiltrator) to varied (Lush Growth), making for a nice variety in cards.

My pick here is Retaliator Griffin, with HMs to Daggerback Basilisk, Assault Griffin, Lush Growth, and Boartusk Liege
I was about to say "Good pick, we'll do him next," but DGM previews are due to start on the 8th, and Velinov is bound to have a few cards in the set. So, first artist following the DGM card gallery being complete is likely.
Outstanding work with the Lorwyn/Shadowmoor block.

With spoiler season upon us as of Monday, it's time again to turn to artists of Magic's past. Jesper Myrfors is this week's artist. He was Magic's first art director, and why not follow one Jesper with another?

My vote here goes to The Fallen for being so creepy. HMs to Season of the Witch, Tundra, and Sunken City.
I'd say Cursed Land. While there isn't anything discrete that suggests something wrong with the place, the coloring and the wiry, entangled grass in the foreground are more than up to the task.
Even though I started playing back then, I still find old-school MTG art very hit and miss, and Jesper Myrfors is no exception. There are a few pieces of his that I really don't like. That being said, Tundra, like most of the original duals, is just awesome. That's my vote.
PS, according to Mark Rosewater, Jesper Myrfors is the only person (other than Maro himself) to design, name, illustrate and write flavour text for a card. The card here being Elves of Deep Shadow. Not bad, especially since EODS is a rarity in that it's a card from MTG's early days that saw fit for a reprint in the Modern frame.
Also, how sad is it that Jesper Myrfors never got to illustrate any Myr?
Also receiving votes were:
Darklit Gargoyle
Angel of Flight Alabaster
Silverchase Fox
Idyllic Tutor
