I thought brom had done a lot more for magic than 30+ pieces...
Tough one again, but I'm voting for lord of the undead. It's got all the classic brom components: vinyl/leather clothes, atypically skinned dudes/gals, head dresses, rubber jointed people, etc.
HM to desolation angel, as this cleaves so closely to the dark sun rpg stuff that first hooked me on to his stuff.
Edit: Has Desolation Angel always had that symbol in the top right corner...?
As I understand things, that symbol (the Coaliton banner) was added by Wizards after Brom submitted that art. Certinaly it is not found on the version on his website. IMO it takes away from the artist's work.
Now that I see his art for MTG, it's unfortunate that he hasn't done more art for the game. His best pieces are found elsewhere.
Brom isn't the first artist whose work suffer by being shrunk down to the size of an MTG card window. Glenn Fabry and Simon Bisley are two names that come to mind, of accomplished artists who produced some rather unremarkable card art for Magic.
I think the overall quality here is fine, especially on cards like Platinum Angel. However Brom's larger work is of far greater impact.
Voting will remain open for one week. Please vote for one card only as your favourite by this artist, with as many honourable mentions as you like. You may also nominate an artist to be covered in a future vote. Currently nominated are Aleksi Briclot (to be covered after the Gatecrash spoiler is complete) and Phil/Kaja Foglio.

Next? No,as it's still spoiler season and we haven't seen Boros' Gruul Charm and Orzhov Charm work yet (at least I haven't). Also I will do these two separately as they are now being commissioned separately, though when it comes to the vote feel free to vote for a joint or individual piece.

How about a Foglio next?
I don't always post about Rafiq of the Many, but when I do, I cardlink to the original artwork, and not the supplementary product version.
"I trust myself to do my duty, even unto death. It's what comes after that I'm afraid of."
"Just fight without fear. Your soul is protected by the hand of Avacyn and will never submit to evil."
I quite like Brom's muted colour style, though clearly it's not to everyone's taste.
Also receiving votes here:
Phyrexian Splicer
Bosh, Iron Golem
Warrior Angel
Gerrard Capashen
Hatred
Gemstone Mine
Lord of the Undead

My vote here goes to Scour, over Floodbringer.
HM to ghostlit raider, because I love that style of Japanese ghosts.

HM to Floodbringer.
(Give your LGS judge a hug. He deserves it.)
HMs - Ghost Warden for looking like it's name and Witch's Mist for bravely (if not entirely successfully) trying a different perspective.

Could we do Zoltan Boros & Gabor Skiskai next?

The art just captures the essence of the card and is drawn so beautifully well.
Honorable mention to Archbound Fiend. I love that little "frog" running from the construct.
This was a quite focused vote, with most cards being voted for by two people.
Other cards getting votes were:
Kemuri-Onna
Molten Disaster
Vertigo Spawn
Arcbound Fiend
Soratami Rainshaper
Reverence
Witch's Mist
