Dralnu, Lich Lord, I should say! I like Mishra more, but Dralnu is undeniably stronger.
Would it be possible to re-vote some older choices which have become obviously incorrect over time? Mind Shatter and Sower of Temptation strike me as such cards, with Oblivion Ring being less obvious but still incorrect.

I wouldn't mind doing that. We'd have to agree on which specific choices to re-vote. Let's hear what other people have to say.

Dralnu was one of the key components of a very powerful RAV-TSP Standard deck called Dralnu du Louvre. It was a draw-go deck whose primary engine was Mystical Tutor fetching Teferi and then Dralnu. Once Dralnu hits, you can replay your countermagic (especially useful for the "free" Rewind), and the enemy essentially loses all hope of winning. It was an extremely strong deck, won lots of tournaments, and was the reason people needed to keep Sudden Death in their sideboards.
Saffi? She's a good card. She was run in a few decks, most notably Project X, but that never acheived the same level of power that DDL did. Dragonstorm was the dominant combo deck of that Standard environment, with Project X taking a few T8's here or there but never making it past Tier 2.
List of cards that might need re-voting, based on tournament power in hindsight:
Mind Shatter should be Bitterblossom, which was the centerpiece of the Faeries deck that has only just stopped dominating Standard. Cloak and Dagger should be Obsidian War-Axe, which was played in a semi-successful RG warriors Standard deck. Cloak and Dagger, to the extent of my memory, saw no significant competitive play. Oblivion Ring should be Ajani Goldmane, who contributed to the high power of Kithkin aggro decks in LOR-based Standard, and contributes to the playability of Soldier aggro decks in the current Standard. O-Ring, while it's a strong card and is highly versatile removal, seems to have fallen out of favor rather quickly due to its slow speed, solvability, and weakness to Maelstrom Pulse. Sower of Temptation should be Cryptic Command, which was considered by many to be the "defining card" of its standard environment. Sower was a potent sideboard card, but decks that ran it were generally a subset of decks that ran Cryptic Command.
That's all I can think of for now. Some of these are rather obvious (Mind Shatter and Sower, I'd say), but the other two are more iffy. Decide which ones need revotes as you please!
Harmonic Sliver. It has seen play in Standard, Extended and even Legacy, which can't really be said for the other gold cards in Time Spiral. Grouping cards like Jonny Magic in with Time Spiral stuff isn't really fair, as it was a reprint intended to be powerful, not a new card (FTR, I'd vote for the sliver anyway).

To keep the lists on the same page, I thought it would be better to revote where it was split (best cards) rather than where it was done as one (worst cards) to limit the time spent on revoting.
We'll revote the Sower/Mind Shatter after Time Spiral.

1.) Anyone who thinks cancel is viable should be shot. in the face. with a hammer.
2.) You misunderstand, what I was suggesting was the total exclusion of Spellstutter Sprite, because it just isnt that good anymore.
3.) Understand, Dredge is not really a Magic: The Gathering deck. When a card is playable in it, it doesn't mean it's a tournament playable card. It means it's playable in whatever crazy fantasy world that Dredge operates in.
Bah...there are 3 or 4 that are just about equal. I'm going to say Urza's Factory, since it is incredible in control decks.
come on, it was only semi good in standard. flagstones was the nuts in standard, and is still played in extended and a staple of legacy white stax.
the only thing that even comes close in playability is gemstone mines, but not nearly as good in my book.

Seriously, this card enabled a nuts combo deck that was actually fairly competitive.
