Evolving Wilds. More Terramorphic Expanse is good, especially for casual decks that need cheap mana fixing where speed isn't of the essence. A good addition.

Into the Maw of Hell is a name so awesome, it deserves its own song.
It would be about a world of brown spikes and red fire, where men fight and scream and become blurry masses. Then it would change to somber, we learn that this glorious place exists only in Raymond Swanland's head. To visit it, you must enter the maw of Hell itself.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor. Why else would it be a $$70+ card? Because it's the best control tool in years. HM to Day of Judgment, for returning inexpensive mass removal to standard while making regeneration more relevant, and Gideon Jura for his unique abilities and power.

Fetchlands. Jace is absolutely insane, but the lands are good in pretty much any deck, in any format.

Under winners by set the card Mana Drain for MED3 has a broken card tag. The card tag is also wrong for Oath of Druids under Tempest Block winner.
It also says "Official Losers by Block" but since this is the best cards thread it should say winners.

Baneslayer Angel, with an HM to Day of Judgment. Baneslayer sees play in both aggressive and controlling strategies, which gives it the nod over Day of Judgment.
That makes much more sense, they've both killed me numerous times (playtesting a lot against Polymorph and Conscription Bant).
I vote for Evolving Wilds.

Ha! That's a good one.
He's an engine and a(n) (alternate) win condition in every format.
There were really only two choices for best card(s). I simply went with brokenness over consistency.
