I admit this set has no truly horrrible, unplayable gold cards, they all serve their purpose in their color archetypes.
So I'll go with Nyx Weaver, mainly because I'm not a fan of those clunky self-mill/graveayard selection mechanics.
I'm going with Revel of The Fallen God there are many thing you could do in GR for less than 7 Mana that is better than this. If it was a Instant speed spell it would be really good against control though.

While Deserter's Quarters is not a great card, it can be punishing for the opponent's Voltron. I had higher expectations out of Armory of Iroas which turned out to be quite inconsistent, so it gets my vote.
Only two options for land - Mana Confluence or the temples.
Due to multi-format playability, I'd say Confluence is better, so voting for temples.

Each color only has a handful of new cards so while you have to look through and skip over the reprints, there's not too much to consider.

Turn the Tide. Its a terrible fog effect. At least split decision is always a twincast in a duel.

The Meaning of Life: "M-hmm. Well, it's nothing very special. Uh, try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations"
Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!
I think we should bump up the card count as high as possible, just to really mess with our opponents' heads. Keep the ratio of 1:1:1:1:56, but let's multiply it, by say, 10. That's right. A 600 card deck. Imagine the looks of their faces when we pull out this monster. "Surely," they'll think, "this must be some kind of self-mill strategy." But the moment they see Plains after Plains hit the field, they'll realize what they're truly up against, and scoop instantly.
