I was going to vote for Mending Touch, as I've never actually played it in limited, but apparently it sees play as Hexproof's answer to sweepers. I guess I'll go with Mutant's Prey. It seems great in Evolve, Unleash or Scavenge decks, but to be honest I've never gotten good use out of it.
I actually had Mutant's Prey work out really well for me a couple times in BUG (with access to evolve, scavenge, and some of the unleash dudes, there were plenty of +1/+1 counters to work with). Phytoburst is a sorcery and it doesn't even give trample, so it is pretty unplayable unless you have a lot of extremely aggressive unblockable guys.
phytoburst. Its a sorcery, so it isn't a combat trick. Sorcery speed targeted pump is usually pretty bad, it needs to be much bigger or grant evasion to be meaningful. As it is, this is only useful against a clear board, an unblockable creature, or in rare circumstances where the opponent will need to block with a creature that would live otherwise. Most of the time its a cheaper, conditional lava axe, and its almost never right to run lava axe.
Mutant's Prey is a kill spell for evolve and scavenge decks. Its conditional enough that the decks that want it can get it late, but good enough in those decks that they can run it effectively. I've never been able to use it myself, because I've never forced simic, BUG, or scavenge, but I've had it used against me by those decks and its pretty good. I'd much rather they have cast phytoburst.
Prey is bad in most decks and good in the decks its made for. Phytoburst is just bad in every deck.

Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!

boros battleshaper - about as bad as gleam of battle, but with awfully confusing wording.
It's nearly unbeatable in Limited.

Reap Intellect. That as the Dimir mythic was insulting. Its a terrible card, with a narrow effect. That effect is a hoser effect normally found on rares for less mana. Its a boring effect that doesn't feel mythic at all, and worst of all its a terrible, over costed version of that effect.

I don't always post about Rafiq of the Many, but when I do, I cardlink to the original artwork, and not the supplementary product version.
"I trust myself to do my duty, even unto death. It's what comes after that I'm afraid of."
"Just fight without fear. Your soul is protected by the hand of Avacyn and will never submit to evil."
I also think that Phytoburst is a fun little card combo trick card.
