Riddlekeeper is an astoundingly ineffective rattlesnake. At least Gorger can kill people, plus the thinning is non-negligible.
I think the worst, though, is Minds Aglow. The symmetry means that you'll basically always be worse off after resolving it than you would be after resolving any of the other cards listed here, even including Riddlekeeper, which can actually block.
Trench is not my favorite of the given choices but no way Riddlekeeper owns the Gorger. If this was standard no complaints just 5 cents from me, but were talking EDH.
I'll only consider Riddlekeeper on EDH for political reasons. He could block 2/2 and 3/3s but his main ability is not really an advantage, in fact, more often it helps the opponent get the cards he want, and that's why Tome Scour is bad, and with the current flashback cards, just no way!

I'm going with Dread Cacodemon as well. He definitely has potential to be a fantastic card, but only in certain formats (EDH mainly). In other formats with only one opponent, you will probably never get your mana's worth.
He would be much better if he had flying or some sort of evasion, but as a vanilla 8/8 after his etb trigger it just doesn't cut it for the mana cost.
I say Vow of Malice since that's the worst of the Vows and no one plays them anyway. Dread Cacodemon 2nd but it's mass removal and Plague Wind on a creature.

My vote's for vow of lightning. Red actually got some interesting toys in commander, even if some of them are too expensive (avatar, magamatic). This card is underwhelming amid a cycle of already underwhelming cards. I also hate the flavor text, for making my fav of the three political puppets generals (Ruhan) an idiot that talks in the third person.

My vote is for Basandra. I've got a laundry list of reasons for what's wrong with this card...
I could be wrong here, but her ability is kind of the opposite of what I'd want for a R/W general. Were I playing those colors, I'd want to able to strategically augment and/or pump my creatures in response to the opponent, not shut down combat tricks. When she was released, it was also a big let down that we had yet another overcosted R/W general. R/W, frequently viewed as the weakest color combo in all of commander, absolutely needs an inexpensive, hastey general.
Finally, worst name for a card ever IMO. Great TN art though!
Pretty much all of these multicolor cards are intended to be commanders and/or solid legendary creatures. Among them Basandra, Battle Seraph is the least impressive. RW is intended to be the "combat trick" color combo, but Basandra's first ability shuts down all spells during combat (it would have been far more fitting if she only shut down your opponents' spells).
Pretty much what Dolono said. I vote for Basandra.

Trench Gorger plays well with Crucible of Worlds, Quest for Ula's Temple, Goblin Charbelcher, and many other cards and in multiplayer he is not hard to cast.
