Into the Maw of Hell is a name so awesome, it deserves its own song.
It would be about a world of brown spikes and red fire, where men fight and scream and become blurry masses. Then it would change to somber, we learn that this glorious place exists only in Raymond Swanland's head. To visit it, you must enter the maw of Hell itself.

1) Herbal Poultice is colorless so it may be run in any deck.
2) Herbal Poultice is a nifty 0 mana artifact which goes great in all type of combos.
3) Paying an extra mana for Heal the Scars to gain the toughness of the regenerated creature is probably not worth while.
4) You have to keep an extra mana open to use Heal the Scars.
MTG Rules Advisor
I currently play only two formats, what I play in them is:
Legacy: Domain Zoo, RGW Zoo, Merfolk, Solidarity, Mono Black Aggro
EDH: Kagemaro, First to Suffer
Bog Hoodlums. It is the worst card in the block, but not only that, I feel like wizards has insulted me with its badness every time I look at it.

You'd never play a creature with the ability 3G: Regenerate ~this~ . Why would you waste a card to do the same? [Although to be fair, as an instant, it usually outclasses Stream of Life ]

I pretty sure that casting a creature and said card is costing you more than the 2 that it saves you.

As unfortunate as it is to say, there are clearly cards worse than a 4 mana vanilla 3/3 in this set. Saltskitter anyone?

Bog Hoodlums for me. Overpriced trash.

Either way, my vote goes to Bog Hoodlums.
I'm going with the completely-worthless Bog Hoodlums.
