1. Kamigawa (Block I started with, interesting story, japanese flavor)
2. Lorwyn/Shadowmoor (I really liked the overall 'fairytale' flavor of those blocks, even if the books were kind of bad/boring)
3. (Original) Ravnica (Just a cool concept with all the guilds etc. ... haven't read the books yet)
Onslaught is definitely one of my favorites. It was the block when I got back into Magic when I was in High School. I just fell in love with the tribal feel. It had amazing creatures, awesome Legendaries and great flavor.
Innistrad and Zendikar are other sets I really enjoyed.
My favorite set is Innistrad. The set has simply knockout flavor, artwork, and card design. I am still absolutely enthralled with that plane.
But favorite block? Scars of Mirrodin block. Despite how much I love Innistrad, I simply can't forgive them for Avacyn Restored. Meanwhile Scars of Mirrodin had an engaging storyline, excellent mechanics, and above average set quality for all three sets. Particularly impressive was the sudden reappearance of Karn and Venser. Excellent throwbacks while still integrating flawlessly in the story. That set simply whetted my appetite for our old Dominarian characters to peek their heads back into the storyline.
Time Spiral or Zendikar would have to be my favorite.
I love the theme of Time Spiral, and some of my favorite mechanics (Suspend, Grandeur, Flanking, Shadow, Kicker, Transmute, Scry, Fateseal, Delve, Typecycling, Fortify, Absorb, Aura Swap, and Indestructible) appeared in it. Planar Chaos's Colorshifting and Time Spiral's nostalgia were really interesting to me.
Zendikar was amazing. Level Up, Totem Armor, Landfall, Traps, Kicker, Rebound, and Quests were all great. Multikicker is my favorite mechanic of all time. The only misses for me were Annihilator, which should have only triggered when it dealt combat damage to you, and Allies, which I think were a horrible try at make Magic more like D&D.
The Rath Cycle, and nothing even comes close. The cards fit a great story, the characters were very likable, and it featured a fully realized plane with its own cultures and conflicts. Plus, it gave us Slivers, my absolute favorite creature type.

Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
