I'll break the tie in favor of Timbermare. Groundbreaker rings false even though it's flavorful, and Citanul Woodreaders are boring...but Timbermare is just plain awkward.
Darkheart Sliver was the most vile of the bunch. The text does make sense if you realize that the sliver is mimicking Dark Heart of the Wood, an old card from The Dark, but it's still not great. The other entries IMHO at least spark some interest in the card, whereas this one falls flat.
We're done with Planar Chaos, so let's move to Future Sight. Once we're done there, we'll cover the remaining Lorwyn, Shadowmoor & Shards of Alara blocks, then our last stop is the new Scars of Mirrodin block. After that, we're done with all the core sets and expansions, and we'll hit the promo sets.
Patrician's Scorn for me. The whole concept of a spell destroying enchantments because the aristocrats have disdain for magical enhancements is weird enough, and the text claims part of it has to do with crappy art imitations. The whole thing seems a little stupid.

Patrician's Scorn gets my vote as it's the only one out of this batch that really looks that bad to me. There are a few that are kind of underwhelming but just the one that I would actually call "bad".
Foresee is pretty bad. It flows well off the tongue and it sounds poetic, but there's no depth to be found here.
I'll vote the same. I would be fine with the flavor text (i.e. it would be unexciting but passable) if the card's mechanic or name had more of a time manipulation feel (like Clockspinning or even Telling Time). As it is, it's unexciting and not a very good fit.
I'll agree entirely. The flavor text doesn't really communicate anything to me except for the fact that the "devoted" and thier "Overmother" are really weird. I don't see what any of it has to do with the mist from which the card's name (presumably) derives.
Timecrafting = 1
Prodigal Pyromancer blazes an unholy trail.
Next: Planar Chaos Green
EDIT: Harmonize for me. It doesn't ring true; pretty sure the druid depicted in the art is meditating, which requires focus and concentration.

Timbermare reeks of such lovely bad flavor.
With no artifacts to look at and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth winning the land category by default, our final vote for this set takes place in Planar Chaos Gold.
I'll cast the first stone at Darkheart Sliver. It's just not interesting and presents a scenario depicted on many other better cards.

So let's begin with Future Sight White.

Patrician's Scorn was the most scorned of the bunch.

Foresee wins, but we saw that coming.
Next: Future Sight Black
EDIT: Witch's Mist for me. A bit too melodramatic.

Witch's Mist succeeds only in clouding our minds with confusion.
Next: Future Sight Red
Steamflogger Boss for me. Bad rhyme, and doesn't make much sense.
