The first deck that I built was a Terribad mashup of the Divine Duel deck and a repack of green cards that I got from my LGS. Then it transformed into Terribad U/W control with such L33t T3ch as Kraken's Eye and Angel's Feather. Then I hosted a "tournament" with a bunch of my friends where we were all playing such godawful decks, and games took upwards of an hour because of the lifegein caused my counter wars and such. Good times...
Don't have a list, because it was way back in Revised-era 1994, but I remember building a W/B/G deck around recursion (Animate Dead, Regrowth, Resurrection, which is about all the recursion I had available to me), some regenerating creatures (Drudge Skeletons, Scavenging Ghoul, Will-o'-the-Wisp, the latter I was especially fond of because the art's so cool and it's a regenerating flyer, and Stream of Life, which I thought was the awesomest ever. Since everyone I played with was likewise a beginner, it did fairly well. I remember being awestruck at Nevinyrral's Disk, and then thrilled when my Skeletons and Wisps survived the Disk's effect.
My first deck was a Black, Green, White and possibly Blue that centered around Blazing Archon. It was amazing at how horrible it was, back in the good old 8th grade. I played with members of a school MtG club.
My first deck was a combination of an M10 intro pack and a Zendikar intro pack (Firebomber and Pumped Up respectively). The M10 was mono-red and the Zendikar one was blue/red. I remember really wanting to run black/red, so I took out the blue stuff and replaced it with what little black cards my friends and I got in the packs included with our intro packs. Here's the deck list:
My first deck was a U/ fliers deck that was based around bird tribal using cards from the onslaught block and 8th edition. Keeper of the Nine Gales was the first rare that I owned and I decided that the deck should be based around him. It was a terrible deck but I loved it anyways. Now its taken apart but I still have the Keeper as my first rare I ever had.
The first deck I made on my own was some kind of midrange B/R aggro-control deck without any real focus to it. I just threw in random kill spells, burn, and some middling creatures (a bunch of the Torment nightmares like Faceless Butcher, some first-striking red creatures, and Mortivore and, like, Petradon as finishers) and called it a deck. That said, it basically established the pattern of me playing disruptive aggro or aggro-control decks.
I first started out with a W/U Leveler's deck(The Rise of Eldrazi Intro Pack) with a few cheapo counter spells like Unified Will(I think that was the name...) and some stuff like Venerated Teacher, Champion's Drake, Glory Seeker, Sleep, Unsummon and that one gryphon from Rise of Eldrazi. As you can tell, it wasn't very good. Fun, but not really good.
Unfortunately, I really only played with it twice(Once against a friend at highschool game club, and another against a more experience player.) before taking it apart.
But yeah, I always like the weird ideas from playing Yugioh, and so it kinda carried over to Magic too.
My first ever deck that I took to a tournament was a terrible mash-up of 4th Edition cards. It was W/R, and it had one Serra Angel (that I owned), two Shivan Dragon (my friend's), and some Lightning Bolt and Disenchant. It may have also contained a Mana Flare and some X-burn spells (Fireball, Disintegrate). For some reason, I thought that Sunglasses of Urza was a good card (no other mana fixing available), and I'm sure the people I was playing against wondered what in God's name I was doing. I was about 13 at the time.
The first deck I ever built myself (at least the first one I can remember building myself) used Dwarven Warriors & Firebreathing to sneak little creatures by then pump them up to hit for decent damage. As I recall, it wasn't very good. Fortunately, nobody else's deck was very good at the time either!

"For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love." --Carl Sagan
My first deck evolved alot. It was a very bad RWG beat down deck (Craw Wurms and Kird Apes). However, I read an article in Scrye and changed it to a GW Ernam Geddon deck and did very will over a course of a year with it (winning a few tournaments). That was back in 95 though. Top decks were Erniegeddon and Necropotence decks.
I had no sideboard. Heck, I didn't know what a sideboard was
This was my favorite deck for a long time. And yes, I bought a LOT of cards (in both packs and singles) in order to put this thing together. Cost me a small fortune back then. The Serra Angels I did pull from opening packs.
Back then it was between Serra and Sengir for best creature.
Oh how times have changed. Today, neither would be considered for a top tier deck.
My very first deck was actually given to me by a family member, something along the lines of U/B control with terror, hymn to tourach, counterspell and necro.
My first non-casual list? Well, that one, I'll never forget.
My first deck was a mono black vampire/life gain/life loss/discard deck :3 I basically took all the black cards my friends and I had, since I was (and still am) the only one of us that likes to play black, and built what I thought was a decent deck.

Don't remember what the first deck I threw together was, but the first real deck I built and played was the Bayou Lightning deck from the first issue of InQuest:
Well, I learned to play with a UBR deck a friend made for me that featured lots of Storm Crows and other cards of that power level. I ended up making some edits (such as getting rid of the red stuff) to that and playing it for a while. Then I made my own GR deck entirely because I missed the red cards and thought trample sounded fun. I still have both decks mostly intact.
My first deck was really, really bad. I had a Mono-Red deck and none of the cards worked together at all. I had a few cards that got death touch if I controlled a green permanent so I had like ten forests. I went to a Magic the Gathering club and I got curb stomped by anything and everything and I also got taught how to make a real deck. Almost a year later I went from the bottom of the food chain to one of the top predators.
I played casually with a few friends. I played a U/W deck that used counters and removal and Wall of Denial and Plumeveil to hold off their attacks. Then won with various unblockable creatures.
My first proper standard deck was Zendikar block elves, and that's when we really got into magic.
My first deck was made at the Shards pre-release. I had a friend help me put together a GRB devour deck. It was probably the easiest deck to start with on that block with all of the multi-colors. It was (and is) great fun.
