I couldn't think of any red or blue 2-drops which are at the power level of those 3 cards. Well, with Innistrad here, I think Blue has found its entry with Snapcaster Mage.
So the question is... Are my asessments correct? Is there a representative from Red that lives up to the glory and power of the others? Does Snapcaster Mage deserve to join the ranks of the other 3?
I'd agree with your choices so far. For Red the first thing I thought of was Goblin Piledriver. Then Goblin Recruiter (how can you not love that art). Possibly Atog just for nostalgia. Same with Slith Firewalker.
Odds of pulling a JtMS from a WWK pack: 1:80
Odds of pulling any specific rare in 5th Edition: 1:133
So, on average, 1 JtMS every 2.222 boxes or 1 Bird of Paradise every 3.694 boxes. Yeah, I'll take my odds with Mythics, they are easier to get than old rares.

I always thought Azorius Guildmage was hideously underrated. It's never drawn the attention that the other cards has, but it was brilliant in Vintage U/W fish.
Definitely Goblin Recruiter. It's banned in Legacy for a reason.
If we're ignoring combo cards, then I agree -- red's all-around-great 2-drop still hasn't been printed. Nobody would splash red for either Goblin Recruiter or Goblin Piledriver.
Goblin Recruiter was the only red option I could come up with, but I think there is a certain factor lost in that it is virtually unplayable now due to banning.
Also, choosing all newer cards means they can be foiled.

You could do kargan dragonlord if you just want some cool looking foils. It's a good card for EDH, cube, maaaybe Modern. It has touched legacy, but the RR keeps it from having a popular home.
I'd put in my vote for goblin recruiter, though, personally.

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."
I think the OP was looking for the single best two drop of every color (a popular discussion) -- not just a list of playable creatures that cost two mana.
Stoneforge Mystic
Dark Confidant
and
Tarmogoyf

As for red, definitely Goblin Piledriver.
Phantasmal Image (Already seeing a ton of legacy play)
Lord of Atlantis and his buddy Coralhelm Commander (Archetype card, but still...)
Chronatog (Dated, same problem as LoA)
Gilded Drake (Vintage EDH cards? More removal than 2 drop.)
Red needs its card. It does not exist yet.

I would give it to Goblin Piledriver with HM to Recruiter and Blood Knight.
Thanks to Spiderboy4 of High~light Studios for the awesome sig.
