Only because it enables my favorite deck. "All-American Blink".
It's versatile and tricky, but only when it's combined into the right deck. A deck that barely stands on it's own without it, but becomes amazing with it.
Also, it's really blue on the inside, even though the casting cost is White the first time.
Mirari. When torment came out I ran MBC using Cabal Coffers and Mirari as the engine's for the deck. It was the first control deck that I actually liked to play. Also the flavor text says it all really.
In blue wizards I must play Azami, Lady of Scrolls, she's just too awesome not to play. Especially when I've got a Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or a Dream Halls on the field. She generates so much card advantage as soon as she comes out that I have to play her in every wizard deck I make. Also, I love her artwork.
Before her my friends loathed my favorite creature thief. Rootwater Matriarch is just amazing. And, it became even more amazing when the magemarks were printed!
my signature card is definately quirion dryad i played this along tog 5 years ago in the legacy tournies i played as a kid, he was awesome, youd play him and next turn intuition into ancestral knowledge to draw 3 or 4 more cards. him with daze and force of will and tog was a beating especialy with a playset of pernicious deed and a cunning wish board including berserk. yeah those were good times.
recently i played quirion dryad naya in type two 8 months ago for a few weeks at FNM he was the only creature in the deck but with a turd load of removal and spells like fossil find and naya charm to pump him it was kindof fun if not very competitive. a good play was always to tap their creature EOT on opponents turn then soul's fire before combat damage for a big look of surprise.
Armadillo cloak. It's the instant fix to any creature. Throw down one of these with an okay board position, and any creature becomes a threat. It's one of the few cards I'm nostalgic for that is actually playable.
My love for Putrid Leech has also become a slight inside joke among my playgroup. Every time someone opens one, they're like "oh, looks like wizards gave me this by mistake. here jack." (I don't actually take them, I have a playset or two already.)

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."

This is also one of my faves. I know there aren't too many auras out there that considered constructed playable but this is one I definitely have a soft spot for from back in Invasion block.
Solitary Confinement I started playing magic around Judgement and this card has meant so much to me in terms of the play style I like and what kind of player I am. Ive built what I thought to be the most effective deck around this card, especially in multiplayer or emperor format.

Signature card? Huh. That's be hard to place. There's not any real 'staple' I stick in everything, and I've never really had a 'favorite' card. That said, I love the art on Vectis Agents to the point that I own over 30 of them, and I make it a point to pick up as many copies of Dash Hopes as I can (I'm fond of keeping 10 or so sleeved near me so I can just throw one at anyone who says the word "hope" and say "Pay one fifth of your natural life-span or quit hoping". Or just "Dash Hopes.").
But for signature card... Rakdos Ickspitter. I always liked the art, and for long after Rav cycled out, any red/black deck I had ran 4 of this little spitter. My opponents lived in fear of the famed Rakdos Firing Squad.
Traumatize + Haunting Echoes was my signature move. It was my signature in middle school.
Although I still run that combo now in college, I think my friends now know me more for Fireblasting my way to victory in multiplayer games. I never give up in paper magic, because I either always have one ace in the hole, or situations shift in my favor without anyone knowing, and my R/U deck's most game breaking card is Fireblast. (Usually after setting up a hand of burn and a furnace of rath)
My signature card on MTGO however, is Obliterate. (I couldn't afford Haunting Echoes at the time)
Started playing since Invasion, stopped at Scourge. Returned briefly during BoK's introduction of ninjas. Finally back into magic during Shadowmoor/Eventide.
Currently Running Bant Control and a homebrew Blightning Echoes for Type 2.
Mine is Knight of the White Orchid. I've been playing that card since it came out, in every deck I play (in standard). Love the card, love the artwork (although I like the original artwork that in the end went to Steward of Valeron even better). Also, since I'm the only one in my area who still plays Bant, I guess Rafiq of the Many is also my signature card.

With out a doubt Replenish. The effect, the artwork, and simple elegance that results in a devastating turnaround. I'm planning to get some foil ones in addition to the regular ones...
Liliana Vess because she is my "If I were a fantasy character" crush and All Hallow's Eve because ever since I started playing I've been running reanimator decks and that just brings everything back from the dead in a cool way.
see my name, it really changed how i played burn decks

The card that I'm most known for is probably Divinity of Pride. Combined with an Edge of the Divinity and a Soul Kiss, when I'm at 25 life or more this card is a beast, being at least a 17/17.
I'd have to say Skullclamp is my "signature" card. Loved it while it was in Standard, cried deeply when it was banned, collected as many copies as I could find, now I bask in its glory everytime I play it in Cube.

I have fond memories of playing with it during TSP's stay in Standard and it has easily became my favorite card. My name here even comes from it :).
Oh and I should note Japanese ones, not English...
That or Cursecatcher because for a while everyone dreaded my first turn Cursecatchers.
