This was discussed a bit in the speculation forum. Many agree that the original 5 represent their respective colors perfectly (more so than newer PWs). So which has the best ultimate??
I like Chandra's, especially since she basically ends the game when that happens, more so than any other 'walkers. Plus, it is invariable, (always Lavalanche for 10) whereas all the other 'walker's ultimates are conditional. (Garruk's is conditional in that it requires a decent amount of creatures to be good).

They can't even comprehend nature. How could they improve it?
I'm confused. If you mean best in a game, I would go with Chandra's. It's unconditional, and will usually be a better Plague Wind. If you're talking about best flavor-wise, I would say Garruk's. Green wantsw to overrun your face and leave you trampled in the dust.
However, in today's culture of Justin Bieber, Jersey Shore, and Twilight, where every song on the radio, every program on television and every site on the internet is just another monument to the pinnacle of human stupidity, it's certainly not the worst thing that people could be watching.
Elspeth is more white then Ajani, Chandra by far. Who doesn't think of red as burn everything? Jace comes to a close second, but only from flavor really. Garruk is meh, a bit more bland then i would like, titanic ultimatum would be more fitting of an "Ultimate".
Best effect: Chandra
It does a massive amount of damage for a single card, probably wipes their board clean, etc. Just plainly awesome.
Most efficient: Garruk
This is the single "weakest" of the ultimates, but that's because it comes online faster than any other without assistance. It replicates an old and classic spell.
Most fun in multiplayer: Lilliana
Because everyone sees her moving toward her ultimate and it puts a target on you and Lilliana. But there is little as sweet as taking all the creatures from 4-5 graveyards late in the game and annihilating everyone.
Ajani's ultimate is pretty much terrible. Let's be honest, he only ever sees play for his second ability.
Jace's ultimate is also kind of meh IMO. If you are going for turbo fog, great, have fun with him. But again, it isn't an ability you actually are playing him for usually. You play him for his card draw unless your deck is built to protect him to get his ultimate off.

I don't see how you can say Garruk has the most flavor when it is already on Overrun and Kamahl, Fist of krosa. Chandra is only like other cards if you consider x spells, which usually aren't that ridiculous. I vote Chandra.
I think that Ajani's ultimate is probably the least like his color out of the five. Why on earth would white want a creature when it could gain life?!
