I like to store my sets in BCW boxes, and for the most part, a large set fits into a BCW 930 count box. However, M19 is a little on the bloated size, and I need something longer. I mistakenly bought the 1000 count GAMING boxes, that are even smaller than the standard 800 count boxes... grrr what a waste of money!
Does anyone know of a source that sells something longer than the 930 count box? Any help is appreciated.

Wow.... that's uh... a surprise. I usually buy the 800ct boxes because they fit perfectly in the IKEA cabinet my spouse refuses to let me use. If a particular set is too large for it, I just split the set into two boxes. And yeah, I think M19 is the set I do this with.
What about double rows? I'm not a big fan of the shoe box style and the 5 row boxes tend not to like being handled too much.
Unless I'm missing a company or a listing, a quick check of all the usual sources seems to indicate that BCW is the only company that sells that type and style of box. Everybody else sells that plastic garbage or the much more fancier boxes.
You might have to have one custom made failing everything else.
On an aside. I could have sworn UltraPro used to sell the paper boxes. Didn't they used to do that annoying B.S. where they punch a logo or a number on the inside at exactly the right place to damage your cards? Is my memory lying to me?
I actually built a bookshelf specifically deep enough to comfortably hold the 800 count boxes
The problem has come with more recent sets (I keep playsets of all basic lands + tokens) where the 800 count don't quite cut it anymore. Most sets seem to be happy in the 930, but, yeah, M19 decided to be extra special...
I have some of the double rows, but they are clunkier, and have a lot of dead space on the top and sides (my adjustable shelves leave less than 1/4" space above the boxes). They are also a lot harder to rummage through, as I'm very used to searching regular boxes, and hate flipping through a box like the old card catalogs. Plus, I keep playsets in penny sleeves, and when they're stored upright like that, I always feel like I'm introducing dust or debris into the sleeves if I search those boxes too much.
lol, this is probably way too eccentric/anal of me... but this is the one thing I've decided to collect, and dammit, I'm going to collect correctly

Yep... that's what I wanted with the IKEA shelving. Oh well...

This is exactly why I don't like the shoe boxes. I have cats, dogs, rabbits and these weird things called, "children." Their hair gets everywhere, nevermind all the dander and other weird **** floating around my house. I sometimes feel I need to build a clean room just for the cards. The upright nature of the card literally invites anything floating to drop right into those sleeves. In addition the 5 row boxes, once full, simply do 't want to be carried around.
All my shoe boxes are actually stored inside other boxes. I treat them as "deep storage" for sets that have rotated out of Standard, sets that are so janky I'm usually not willing to pull their cards anyways or dead CCG's (Wheel of Time) I've collected over the years.

It's not eccentric or anal. I don't really care to have them sitting out in the open myself.
In reality, I think that there is a lot of room for improvement in the world of collectable card supplies. I think players need to be more demanding of the availability and quality of supplies that are readily accessible.
