Something I've been thinking about, just for fun, would be a tool to design and share your own constructed formats and more normal style of 'sets' than cube.
I'd like to find an online tool to do so, but I'm not sure if one exists.
For the constructed format, I'd like to be able to look at cards by set, and be able to turn on and off entire sets at once, and then individually check boxes to turn on and off individual cards, and to have boxes of versions of the same card automatically match how they are checked even if it had multiple different printings each time it is adjusted, and be able to keep track of how many cards in each color, card type, and cmc are checked. It would let you easily create local houserule formats with unique banned lists and the like, and would be easily searched and referenced with card links and images for other players in the group.
For the 'create your own set', I'd like to be able to more easily keep track of how many cards you've put in each rarity (including by color and CMC), and be able to easily select and adjust rarities of cards added to the set, and be able to do possibly some sorts of special things, like replace some basic land spawns with occasional low rarity duals or other sorts of things actual sets have done. I'd also like to be able to see what the average expected value of the packs are as a fun extra, using something like TCG medium prices or something. You'd be able to design your own sets and compare them to real ones, likely ones with similar sorts of traits to some older reprint only sets or the Masters sets. It would also give you instructions on how many copies of each card to include and how to arrange things to create a cube based on the set.
Is there anything like this out these things out there?
You can play BYOB or BYOS (Build Your Own Block/Standard)

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
