That is to say, which deck have you most enjoyed playing in a "solitaire" game where you race to deal 20 points of damage (or reach some other win condition).
I suspect the answer is some sort of Storm deck, but I'm not familiar with all the variations of Storm throughout magic history.
My money's probably on Eggs (Second Sunrise combo). Even when there's an opponent there, you're generally still playing solitaire. It takes a long time to play out the winning turn, and there's no shortcuts, because there's no demonstrable loop until the very end. It's not uncommon to spend 15 minutes trying to combo off, before whiffing, at which point the deck is completely dead in the water.

Personally I would say the Tempest era Type 2 Academy deck. Turn 1 wins were possible and turn 2 and 3 wins were fairly consistent.

Legacy - Sneak Show, BR Reanimator, Miracles, UW Stoneblade
Premodern - Trix, RecSur, Enchantress, Reanimator, Elves https://www.facebook.com/groups/PremodernUSA/ Modern - Neobrand, Hogaak Vine, Elves
Standard - Mono Red (6-2 and 5-3 in 2 McQ)
Draft - (I wish I had more time for limited...)
Commander - Norin the Wary, Grimgrin, Adun Oakenshield (taking forever to build) (dead format for me)
Doomsday Tendrils - back when Mystical Tutor was still legal in Legacy, Rev614 would get my vote for the most fun Doomsday Tendrils variant, as you could also Shelldock Isle an Emrakul.
Besides that, also a prison deck like Stasis or Stax.
probably my all-land Treasure Hunt Lightning Storm deck
opening with Gemstone Cavern + Reliquary Tower to end turn 1 with a hand of 30 cards and your win-con.
never didn't have it
