I'm building a grand calcutron edh deck and I want to include Now I Know My ABC's. Calcutron, ABC and basic lands mostly satisfy the condition but I don't have a single card with Q in the name. A quick search in english names gave me tranquil cove and ghost quarter as potential cards.
The not easy letters are F, J, Q, V, W, X and Z
Do you you guys what foreign language cards I can use?
Alexi, Zephyr Mage hits X and Z while being a powerful card on her own.
F can be taken care of by anything with "of" in its name, such as Daxos of Meletis.
J can be any Ajani or Jace planeswalker, Djinn creatures, as well as the forms of the extremely common word "conjure".
A surprising number of Jaces hit V as well.
W of course has walls and wizards.
For Q you should look to inquisitors and squires, as well as the nasty Equilibrium.
I've restricted myself to cards that match your Commander's colours (UW). "V" is actually really common, so I've left it out. Any snow-covered basic land in German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish will have a V in its name.
Portuguese: Auriok Edgewright is "Forja-Pontas Aurioque". [F, J, Q] Rusted Relic is "Relíquia Enferrujada". [F, J, Q] Jhoira's Toolbox is "Caixa de Ferramentas de Jhoira". [F, J, X]
Another component to think about is using Rebel chains:
Amrou Scout - Spanish (Exploradora de Amrou)
Amrou Seekers - Portuguese (Perseguidores de Amrou)
Aven Riftwatcher - English
Ballista Squad - English
Blade of the Sixth Pride - English
Bound in Silence - Italian (Obbligato al Silenzio)
Cho-Manno, Revolutionary - Italian (Cho-Manno, Rivoluzionario)
Defiant Falcon - German (Trotzender Falke)
Defiant Vanguard - German (Trotzende Vorhut)
Errant Doomsayers - German (Herumziehender Schwarzseher)
Fresh Volunteers - French (Volontaires fougueux)
Jhovall Queen - English
Lin-Sivvi, Defiant Hero - German (Lin Sivvi, trotzende Heldin)
Ramosian Sergeant - German (Ramosischer Feldwebel)
Riftmarked Knight - Italian (Cavaliere Provato dagli Squarci)
Steadfast Guard - German (Standhafte Wache)
Sword Dancer - German (Schwerttänzer)
Thermal Glider - French (Planeur thermique)
Zealot il-Vec - English
Have you tried _____? His name can be anything, like ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ.
It is worth pointing out that this doesn't work. You need to pick the name of an actual Magic card, not just a made up name.
I see it now but its a fairly obscure, possibly even outdated, rule that doesn't pop up on the normal places to look. Such as magicinfo, gatherer, mtgsalvation, etc. And when I mean obscure I mean a single isolated page that is 13 years old (2004) that the average new player won't know it exists unless they read about it on a comment/forum section or were rules lawyered about the misuse.
EDIT: Like if this is a rule to be taken seriously it needs to be visible on the more modern places. Not including the extra obscure rules text as provided by MaRo is a gross amount of misinformation. It also means that the rule is more of a guideline than an actual rule if its not enforced in such a regularly visible manner. It doesn't matter if its from a Silver Bordered set or a Black Bordered set if its not for plain view.

Un sets have never traditionally been "visible" in the sense you are looking for. The cards do what they say they do and the FAQ's for all 3 sets are meant to be the defining rules for the cards. Even Unstable, which just got added to Gatherer, doesn't have any "rulings" like other sets might get as the FAQ is meant to be the resource you are looking for.
In this case, there is this rule from the Comp Rules as well:
201.3. If an effect instructs a player to choose a card name, the player must choose the name of a card that is legal in the format of the game the player is playing. (See rule 100.6.) A player may not choose the name of a token unless it's also the name of a card.
It just occurred to me that you'll never need to worry about W, or any of the other letters in "Now I Know my ABC's", since the enchantment counts itself.

There's exactly one person on Silver-Border rules staff, and that's the Silver-Border Rules Manager: Mark Rosewater. Silver-border rules have never been handled in the official way you're talking about.
