A long... long time. There is literally nothing in the set that can sell it outside of being a self contained board game. The arch-enemy cards that it comes with are much weaker than the original arch-enemy cards and are heavily tied to the game itself, so it doesn't even have the flexibility that the Planechase Anthology does. In fact, I'd actually recommend getting Planechase Anthology over Archenemy because in the long run you'll get cards that are at least good in commander and the planar deck can be used in all formats of play.
For proof of this, look at the trajectory for Commander 2016. The decks that were extremely popular sold out the fastest and are now around 100 usd. The decks that basically no one cared about (the Meltis group hug deck and the aggro deck) are still around for MSRP. Why? Because even with a more limited print run the decks are just sitting there stagnating. Archenemy is going to sit and stagnate for the most part.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Probably fairly easily, I've seen them at Wal-Marts and Targets (for $62.99 for some reason), and I'm sure that no one will be buying them any time soon. I half expected to find them in the board game isle, but they were with all of the card stuff.

I've assumed for a while that big box retail gets a 47% discount and sets the price based on what they pay, since it's close enough to MSRP, and most consumers don't know the difference.
But, considering this item is at those stores, none of us will ever have a problem finding it.

I know he thinks I'm impressed by a 102 MPH fastball in the 9th inning... Ok, I'm impressed, but that doesn't mean I can't crush it.
