I always use MKM and try to concentrate shipments from only a few vendors. Some years ago I tried eBay but I think prices are higher.
If you don't like MKM, you might try the website of some store of your country, but their prices will always be higher than the ones you may find in MagicCardMarket.

Before the glory of Yawgmoth, yes, even this makes sense.
I find magic cardmarket has a problem when beying several cards from many different wendors. You end up having so much in shipping.
When you take a little time to compare the stock of some vendors, you can optimize this a lot usually (need to keep in mind that slightly higher card prices are often compensated by much lower shipping costs). I tend to end up splitting my orders over 2-3 sources max.
Even if you don't bother to find the absolute best distribution (I definitely don't), you should end up with significantly better prices than ordering from most other places.

Norway has the combined population of London. While we do have an insanely pricy onlineshopp I am sure that by just sheer numbers somewhere in Europe somebody else will have a card shop.

I have dyslexia, no I am not going to spell check for you, yes you have to live with the horrors of it.
If you're buying on MKM, you should make a list of the cards you want in My Wants. You then get a full list of the vendors that do have as many of your cards as possible, with the cheapest with the most cards of your wants listed on top. You can then also use the wizard to get the Total Cheapest buy disregarding shipping if you so want, but going through My Wants and just making a list there tends to be the best way to go.
Hah, started typing, got a phonecall, come back, and find someone else typed the same thing as I finished my post.

MKM is available in multiple european languages. I think if you go to there via magiccardmarket.eu it will default to English, in contrast to magickartenmarkt.de
OP, there's a wizard built into MCM that optimises total expenditure for you, shipping included. Stop resisting so damn hard, it really is the way to go - whatever you may overpay in a few shipping fees, you more than save with the reduced pricing. There really is no comparison to shipping in from the gigantic 'murican shops overseas.
What you should do is look to get the pricey cards off mkm, and be wary of trying to get all your wants list off one single vendor at Mkm.
If you are looking at a bunch of cheap 50 p cards (say 15 cards) (that sell for £1-2 on ebay) then Mkm may not work out well if you try and get all of them in one place.
Putting together many small wants lists of 3-4 cards works quite well. Sometimes you just have to accept that you get a better deal leaving a couple of cards off a list because someone has 4 of the 5 cards you want very cheaply.
Worth remembering that once you go above a few cards the postage appears to vary from country to country. I often buy 40-50 cards from Portugal, because the postage remains cheap up to a lot of cards- you get an early increment in postage and then nothing till later. With some other countries that does not appear to be the case, and that second increment appears to kick in faster.
If you want a more expensive card then Mkm is always consistently excellent, although once you hit cards like duals/legends reserved list cards you sometimes get equally good deals off ebay, especially if you go to ebay.co.uk and look for people selling to the UK only (although you need a UK friend to send them to).
Magic madhouse is pretty decent if you are speculating- their established cards e.g. duals are very pricey, but for more accessible stuff and bulk commons they are decent and very, very fast.
I usualy buy cards from Channelfireball, Cardkingdom and troll and toad (despite their service being crapish). But they have to travel so far.
Is there any good Europe based shops? Preferably one that is cheap.
In fact, how do you pick up cheap cards?
Are there any cheap ways to buy? I once found a cheap portugiese online store but you had to have a portogiese postnumber to buy from it.

Is there a regular store in europe?
