The release of the Planechase Anthology reminded me that though I don't often play them, I like the alternative formats such as Planeschase. I also realized that for serious casual fun, what if a playgroup pushed it to the next level? My main example is: combine Commander, Planechase, and Archenemy into one wild game! Imagine the idea of three Planeswalkers with deep knowledge of spells chasing one powerful, wicked Planeswalker across the planes and trying to use as many unique spells as they can. I'd play that! Why not have a planechase deck and scheme deck in the same game? Are there any combinations of games and formats that anyone else would want to play together for the novelty?

This is wild and I like it. Be more specific and tell me what wizards product I need
There's the Planechase Anthology, or the older, separate Planechase decks which are hard to find, and the Archenemy decks that contain the scheme cards. Not entirely sure where to find them, but they exist!

I call this Game of Thrones because it's insanely complicated.
Cards needed:
1 Complete set of Planechase
1 Complete set of Archenemy Schemes
1 Complete set of Vanguard
1 Complete set of Conspiracy
1 Commander Deck for each player
Special rules for Vanguard: Start the game with a community pile of Vanguards. No Vanguards are in play until the first plane is flipped over. Each player draws a new Vanguard card and places any existing Vanguard cards in the Vanguard discard pile whenever a new Plane is turned face up. Instead of starting hand size, you either draw or discard that many cards. So if you draw Gix, you would discard two cards and gain 18 life.
Schemes: One group pile, whenever you roll a chaos roll, you may do the ability of the plane or put a random scheme in motion from the group pile.
Conspiracy: Each player starts the game with one Conspiracy drawn at random in play. This does not change through out the game.
Games should last somewhere between 3 minutes and 17 hours.
I also suggest going down to the casual section, and in the Homebrew and varients threads check out the thread titled "SUPERcasual or Planchase plus". Some great stuff there.
