Xira Arien is the big one for me. I know she looks like an insect, but her flavor text clearly states that she is in a costume. I know it ultimately doesn't matter, but this one bugs me every time I play her as I think she should just be a Human Wizard.
Why can't she be a bug wearing a costume?
I suppose she could, but nothing about the card suggests that. It seemed like they just made her an insect because he happened to be wearing an insect costume.
But, I suppose anything is possible, so I will concede that it is possible she is an Insect wearing a costume. Unless there is some lore somewhere contradicting that.

Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
Sadly Goblin Test Pilot is still not a Pilot. He doesn't give bonuses for crewing vehicles, but on the other hand, Sanguine Praetor doesn't have the "help you/hurt opponents" template that the other Praetors have either.
Grave Titan should really have zombie in there, rather than just a giant. It's always bugged me. Sure the others are just giants, but this dude is clearly a zombie.
I've long felt Farrel's Zealot should be a Cleric. Sure, they may be representing it as a simple townfolk who's just really really enthusiastic about Farrel, but IMHO when your devotion to a faith is so strong that it is your defining characteristic, you are effectively a cleric of that faith (or a warrior/soldier of that faith, but FZ isn't entirely that either). I think the 3-versions art was the problem - Beard's and RKF's arts are surely passable as clerics, but Benson's is more like a warrior; so they chose neither.
Blind Zealot, Kithkin Zealot, and Karona's Zealot are all Clerics. When Westvale Cult Leader or Westvale Abbey gain new loyal devotees, they are Clerics. Of the 12 creatures with Zealot in their title, Farrel's Zealot is the only one that has no 'occupation' creature type - the others are all Clerics, Mystics, Soldiers, Warriors, Rebels, Berserkers... I'd write off Benson's art as just another early-days artistic misrepresentation (like Hyalopterous Lemure), and say that Farrel's Zealot is a de facto Cleric.
I would errata all Lords to add their creature type. It would make them more powerfull indeed for gaining the special ability that they are offering to others but the main objective would be to grant other Lords of the same creature type that power...

Er, they did that, over eight years ago. The "Lord" creature type no longer exists, everything that formerly had it doesn't anymore. Goblin King is now a Goblin, no longer a Lord, and its text has been changed to "Other Goblin creatures get +1/+1 and have mountainwalk." - so it does not boost itself, but two Goblin Kings boost one another.
Also agree with thermo-alchemist not being a wizard. Wizards cast spells and such and practice magic. Alchemy is brewing potions and stuff, another thing entirely and something a shaman would do in a fantasy setting.
There tons of walls I would change to be zombie in addition. And I dislike how much love Skeletons get.
I respectfully disagree, wizards practice magic without much add of alchemy. Personally I think it should have been an artificer, since that is closer to alchemy then wizard or shaman for me.

He is millennia old, is pretty powerful and extremely intelligent. Wery well worth that extra "Elder" creature type.
On the other hand, I'm kinda disappointed that the Khans dragons got to be Elder Dragons. To me, "Elder Dragon" is a category the includes Nicol Bolas, his siblings, and nobody else.
Maelstrom Archangel should be a Legendary Angel!!!! His ability is pretty legendary and then I could make the 5-color Angel EDH deck I've always wanted to make.
I'd like for Lighthouse Chronologist to be Legendary so I could try him as a commander. While we're dreaming I'd also like to level him up at instant speed.
Also taking a turn in between every player is kind of, unfun, when you have the fastest access to Darksteel Colossus and every other kind of thing that is unfun like drawing infinite cards per turn and winning by decking yourself.

Witches, like alchemists, seem to switch randomly between shaman and wizard, as well as the occasional cleric and spellshaper.

I would like to bring Guardian back, just because Ivory Guardians doesn't make sense without it. It should be giving a bonus to Fountain Watch, Opal Acrolith, Opal Avenger, changelings/Mistform Ultimus, and I'm guessing Keepers of the Faith. Granted, that's extremely niche, and Ivory Guardians is a crap card anyway, but still...
