Fetchlands
They make fixing too easy and slow down games way too much.
Divining Top is also annoying in a game slowing way.
Its called have trust in who you play;
When I play modern/EDH, when they/I crack a fetch, I ask/tell what i'm fetching for (I use evolving wilds so it doesn't affect their turn, fetches too expensive) and then I pass the turn so we don't sit there for an eternity while I search for a land. Have TRUST.

my playgroup generally saves the fetches/tutors until the end of the turn then passes, to search on someone else's turn.

This card triggers me. Sacred Mesa's ability is just fine, but the rate at which players pay for it is so unfathomably bad that I have a conniption every time I see it. In terms of mana efficiency, it's Scornful Egotist levels of bad. First, you must pay 2W to do absolutely nothing. Then, you must pay at least an additional 1W to keep the Mesa around thereby doing absolutely nothing. Finally, you may pay an additional 1W to create a 1/1 flier. For, 4WWW you've just cast Flying Men. SEVEN MANA FOR FLYING MEN! From there on out, you can continue to pay additional increments of two mana for flying men, but you're going to lose at least one of them if you want to continue making more of them next turn.
I understand that Sacred Mesa is sort of like this X spell that you can pump mana into across multiple turns, but that doesn't mean it's good. What determines a card's worth is the rate at which you pay for it. Lightning Bolt is pretty good at one mana. Not so good at seven.

Ur doing it wrong. You're supposed to play Wild Growth on a Plains, and then use Earthcraft to make infinite flying horsies.
No card infuriates me more than the needlessly complex Timesifter. That card is bad enough on its own, but when people start copying it, things get REAL confusing REAL fast.

There's not really anything that I "hate"... I mean there are definitely certain cards I don't want to see dropped on the other side of the table, like True Name Nemesis or Stony Silence, but nothing that I particularly hate.

All of them, apart from unplayable Tibalt, and for some odd reason Elspeth, Knight Errant, which I like and can't tell you why, perhaps because it was novel back then or because the design was right, I don't know. In fact that is about the only one I can really tolerate.
And creatures with front loaded abilities especially big and midrange ones. In fact, forget that, big creatures and midrange creatures full stop.
I would like every player playing them to be locked under a paid for Stasis with Suppression Field, Humility and Tabernacle down whilst they slowly die a painful death under some kind of Black Vise.

EDH BRGKresh the BloodbraidedBRG, A box of lands and ideas.
Modern: RG Titanshift. A deck made of cards too stupid for EDH.
Retired: Lots. More than I feel you should suffer through or I should type out.
Primary game plan is Goblin Game+conspire + Fork variant+conspire + ... etc. Platinum Angel/Platinum Emperion let me outright win the Goblin Game, Lich's Mirror gives me an extra 20 life to play with.
If Goblin Game can't be had, copying Endless Swarm a few times can be particularly nasty.
If all else fails, token swarm still works, although I also once won a game by decking everyone with Wheel of Fortune forked repeatedly.
I love Lotus Cobra. Such power, but on a very fragile creature. I do agree that Primeval Titan was pushed quite a bit and probably barely on the fringes of being banned occasionally from some formats (I heard he got banned at French EDH?).
Right now, the 2 decks that I'm playing in Modern utilize Mr. Prime Time - Titanshift and Amulet Titan.

This. It ****s up the flavor aspect of Magic (we as the players are on par with Urza and Mishra, but suddenly they became weak enough for us to cast?), and the only one I've seen that I'd actually consider running (as a Vintage/Legacy player) is Jace 2.0.
Also Goblin Lackey. Don't have a turn-one way to stop the bastard from dealing combat damage to you? Yeah you just lost the game. I do not enjoy burning a Force of Will to something that costs one red mana either.
I really dislike the original cycle of dual lands (Underground Sea et al.). They're a poor design because, apart from interactions with Wasteland and Blood Moon they're just better than basic lands. More recent cycles, like the BFZ lands (Sunken Hollow) or shocklands (Watery Grave) come with a real downside; which means you have to make a conscious decision between enabling multicolor manabases and playing lands with drawbacks. They also cost way too much, functioning as a paywall of a few hundred to a few thousands of dollars for a legacy deck (depending on the color combination). I don't think legacy would be better without them, I grudgingly accept that they are a way too important part of the format, but I still hate them.
Haha I remember when Avacyn released, and this guy was immediately my favorite card out of the set. He's absurdly broken in EDH.
