You're going to need to elaborate further on what you mean here. And you should have put this in storyline if going to tag it that way anyway.
Which gods are you talking about? The Theros gods? Gaea from Dominaria? Oldwalkers? Bolas and other Elder God Dragons? The Nephilim? Various other Ravnican Paruns that were considered gods? Any and all of the Kami from Kamigawa? Just the Myojin form Kamigawa? Only the Sisters of Spirit and Flesh from Kamigawa? Or any of the other various gods from other known planes I'm forgetting right now?
In general, im not interested in the specifics, i want what implies to all gods
We know what the planewalkers are capable of, whay im interested in, is what does the gods have that the planewalkers dont
i have a document that ive made overtime explaining everything about the card game, what im about to add is how does the multiverse works as a story in MTG using the knowledge of what have been written, said and extrapolating the rest out of how a real worlds works etc, you would see its pretty straigh forward
After elaborating on the multiverse and how it came to be what it is, whats outside, defining the energies which btw im.not sure what temporal energy is so i peft this one appart from defining what it is.... now.im down to gods, planewalker, the rest/creatures and summoning....
I got the how to ascend to god etc part, what id like is their powers and it feels ive written so few....and i cant extrapolate that...
So far ive got:
Their lives can last indefinitely, and their physical forms are matters of will as they are energy projections of a center of consciousness. We do not know the extent of their power within the Plane they are bound to but most Gods have a preferred body appearance. Nevertheless, they can also transform into huge creature to appear in front of the general audience.
Gods cannot planewalk to other Planes and some of them ignore that they even exist. It remains unknown if a Planewalker who would ascend to godhood would keep its ability to Planewalk but it is clear that wouldn’t bring his Godhood power to other Planes
Anything of unexplainable high power is a form of "god".
If you can explain its power it loses the god-status, as then its just powerful and it has a defined powerlevel.
Most really powerful beings could easily be considered a god.
Eldrazi Titans are "gods" , and planeswalkers could easily be considered gods (especially strong ones that create entire planes and shape everything around them).
The magic "god" type is put on specific cards that require Devotion, so without believers they are fairly weak.
If a plane is overall weak, a god might not need to be extremly strong, just a bunch of levels above them, think of a world that is like in the stone-age , any high technology person would kinda be considered a "god" as they can do so much more than them.
Even for a being that is considered a "god" , there might be things that even they would consider a god to themself.
Pre-mending Planeswalkers were effectively gods (Serra comes to mind immediately) It seems pretty clear to me from recent stories that the Theros gods are more powerful than post-mending gods (When Jace viewed Gideon's mind when Emrakul was messing with him - Erebos seemed more powerful than all the planeswalkers combined - likewise in Gideon's origin story when it took Kytheon and all his friends just to defeat one of Erebos' titans)
Speaking of Emrakul - as TheOnlyOne mentioned - anything of unexplainable high power can loosely be called a "god". So 'without specifics' (as you requested) Emrakul is a god, and we know that she is much, much more powerful than the combined Gatewatch. We know the Gatewatch would have failed to seal her away, and only succeeded because she manipulated them to succeed. "They are all my pieces, they always were. I just don't want to play anymore."
I'm honestly not sure that there are any things ngs called gods in magic besides either the Theros gods, or pre-mending planeswalkers (again, Serra)

Sorry it took over a day to get back here. If you want something that applies to every being that is reasonably called a god(not just beings of significant power masquerading as gods). Then the only uniting characteristic I can find is an incomprehensible 'sway' over their dominion. For that Kami it is their specific aspect. For the Theros Gods it is the dominion covered by their current myth. On Dominaria, Gaea was the god of the world and awoke ancient defenders, the Kavu, and told the forest and the sea creatures(who had always been enemies) to fight off the phyrexians when they invaded. I can't think of any other actual gods right now, that actually make some kind of appearance, whether manifestation or influence felt. This 'sway' is different from a mage casting a spell to replicate the effect.
There isnt anything on wiki
Thus has no relation to the cards
Wondering if anyones input can help
Working on something, im mostly missing the gods power, what can they do...most book ive read thus far didnt had references to gods
Thanks
