I have opened a pack which contained Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and a common foil (check signature). Since I've been away from MTG for 16 years it's a bit hard to know most of the card's synergies fast, so after a quick search I found a good number of combos.
I was wondering if any of you ever used this card in your decks and if so what was your favorite combo with it.
Beyond being a lock, though, the fact that you've been able to play Elesh Norn means you probably have at least seven 3/3s to go along with the 4/7, against an empty board. Lock or otherwise, winning quickly from that position is a routine matter.
Though Linvala/Komus bell is both the funniest and arguably the most powerful, I find Urborg/Coffers is the one that comes up most often in my EDH games. It turns out having really obscene amounts of mana is good in this game. Who knew?
It's worth noting it's also just good mana fixing for multi-color decks. Functionally, a Mountain, Forest, and Urborg, Tomb Of Yawgmoth is like having a Bayou, Badlands, and a Swamp. Other non-dual lands can become triple lands with its presence, too.
One combo that hasn't been mentioned yet is Raven's Crime. If you have Urborg, Raven's Crime and Life From the Loam, you can machine-gun your opponent's hand down to nothing in short order. Gifts Control in Modern uses this combo (you can Gifts for all the pieces, which can be played from the graveyard one way or another), and it's a 4 color deck.
I run mono blue tron, and it's been suggested I try urborg out so that I can use my Sundering Titan to hit more of my opponents lands (including non-basics). I also run a couple copies of Dismember in my sideboard, and if I have urborg out, I can cast the dismember without losing a bunch of life to it.
It really is a nice card though. It also makes your Fetch Lands swamps so you can use them without cracking them if you're low on life.

Main cards are Crusading Knight, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Darkest Hour.
The rest is B/W removal and a few other Knights.
Nothing like a facing down a 20/20+ protection from black creature when all your creatures are now also black.

My friend runs this in his Angus McKenzie commander deck. Mostly out of the novelty that despite what it does, Urborg doesn't have a black identity.
