So my LGS' were each competing to sell boxes and sold them at $190 and $200 no tax. Im a new player, playing a year, and was around when packs went from 10 to 25 here in my city in MM1. So, in a hurry, I bought 5 boxes. Now... im curious as to iff I should open them now. I bought them for all the mythics... but is there even a good chance Ill pull them at 24 packs? Should I just resell them to get my money back plus more?

There's a reason the shops weren't pushing the prices higher - like last time. SELL!
If you were just doing it for the mythics I would sell quick fast and in a hurry as you have no idea whats really in that box. If you are doing it for entertainment value, you could still make a minor profit. Just have your own drafts at 30 dollar entry. Even if you were to draft as well that's still $210 a box. I would never open a box as an attempt at value. Since you said you are looking for the mythics it would just make more sense to sell the boxes and buy the singles.
Sell. $210+ in cash > random pile of cards worth $200. You are actually just hoping to hit goyf or some chase foil mythic each box to make more than you would just selling the box. Cash guarantees what you want whereas packs have no certainty whatsoever.

"Yawgmoth," Freyalise whispered as she set the bomb, "now you will pay for your treachery."
Yeah bought the only way to make your money cracking those open is to get either goyf, 3 or 4 of the high dollar nongoyf mythics AND the valuable rares or a chase foil. Id keep one just for fun and sell the others while demand is high.

SonofaBith - Wizards was so excited about making the packaging for Modern Masters 2 recyclable, they decided to make most of the rares and all but 1 of the UC's recycle-bin ready too. Convenient!
I would draft a box of Modern Masters (that is what happened to my MM1 box). I wouldn't draft five though. Getting back $200 is going to be hard even with Goyf because you won't hit five for five so I'd go with sell.
If you're talking in pure economics, then I suggest you sit on them and let them accrue value. Currently the MM1 sells around $350 ish? There's no reason to not suspect that MM15 won't do the same.
That said, there is value in cracking and drafting the packs, but not as much in terms of making a profit.

This. You could probably make $20 a box by selling them immediately when you get them, but the real profit from Modern Masters sealed product is in throwing it in the back of your closet & forgetting about it for a few years, then bringing them out & selling them when people are willing to pay $400+ to relive that draft experience.

Hey all... I'm retired, not dead. Check out what I'm doing these days (and beg me to come back if you want):
Sell and pray you can break even - it's unlikely. The difference between the first MMA and this one is gigantic - there were a lot of cards that people wanted, at all rarities, and every pack was statistically likely to at least have one or two good cards in it. MM15 has very few cards that anyone is actively looking for, and 90% of them are rares or mythics meanings you'll have to go through several cases to get your playset.
Sell everything and buy the modern staples you were aiming for before they skyrocket again - and they will, because so few people want to open the set the supply won't increase appreciably, despite the larger print run

Hold five drafts with friends/random players. Make certain to be fair, so for 30$ drafts, add 15$ for the prize-pool. This way you get your own out plus the cards you drafted and allows you to keep doing it several times. If you aim to maximize your profits and there's plenty of product around, somebody else will be running the no-profit drafts anyway and it will be hard to fire all five drafts.
I ran several MMa drafts in this fashion, while stores asked 50 for their drafts with about 75 store credit prizes, I could run events for 40, with 20 in prize pool. That way it's possible to find players pretty easily and be certain to get the drafts to fire. We also tested 50 and 100 in the prize pool, but it was much harder to get players for.
I would sell them. If you have a local MTG FB group you could attempt selling the boxes to locals on there.
Selling the boxes for $225 seems reasonable, and leaves you room to slightly negotiate down.
If you bought the 5 boxes for $1000 ($200 ea), and sold them for $220 each ($1100) that is an easy 10% profit.
If you want to play the waiting game, hold onto all 5 boxes and put them at the back of your closet. In a couple years they will likely have increased significantly in value.
