Essentially copies a instant or sorcery onto a creature? For instance like copying lightning bolt to a creature, tap creature do 3 damage. Etc.

Or anything remotely close to this. Any ideas? I figure probably not but hey I know there's a lot of Wierd ways to do stuff it mtg even though it might be too ridiculous

I opted to use echo mage after elite arcanist was to easy to remove

Kaho, Minamo Historian is another to look at. You don't get to use the spells repeatedly, but you get to tutor for them instead of already needing them in-hand.
