A lot of cards in the Khans of Tarkir block have made me excited to try out in casual. Here are some of my favorite combos I've come up with so far for the cards:
Temur Ascendancy and Imaginary Pet: This gives you a repeatable 4/4 haste that cannot be wrathed while drawing you cards.
Jeskai Ascendancy and Sprout Swarm: Untapping all of your creatures helps pay for the convoke cost and allows the card to be cast repeatedly. With enough mana, this can make a huge army and mass pump all in one.
Hardened Scales and Forgotten Ancient: Ancient is already amazing in multiplayer but this one mana card makes him four times as powerful. First, the spells give him twice as many counters, then his the counters double again as he moves them to other creatures. It is also amazing with pretty much any graft creature.
Retribution of the Ancients and Protean Hydra: This doubles the Hydra's size on each player's turn for just one black mana while killing any chump blockers that might get in its way.
Sidisi, Brood Tyrant and Mesmeric Orb: Sidisi normally only gets one zombie token if a large number of creatures are sent to your graveyard at once, but since the orb mills one card at a time, this can make an army very quickly.
Kin-Tree Invocation and Shield Sphere: This gives you a 6/6 on turn 2. Another neat card with this could be Wall of Blood since you can make the token as large as you have life to pay but it is much slower.
Altar of the Brood and Brago, King Eternal this could actually become a fairly decent mill strategy with enough permanents on the board. Combined with other ETB effects, it could be an interesting deck.
What does everybody think of some of these ideas? Does anybody else have any other fun ideas they would like to share? I would love to see some other clever ideas that I might not have thought of yet.

Too bad Lightmine Field and Gideon Jura kills this combo, but unlike the Sprout Swarm combo with Intruder Alarm you potentially get to draw out your entire deck in one turn granted If you're lucky enough to pull this off by Turn 4 or 5. I used to run this with Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch before it got ridiculously expensive since they would help you ramp into Intruder Alarm on Turn 3 before you got your combo off with Sprout Swarm.

Burn one opponent to death while milling any and all other opponents out at the same time... OR ping creatures to death, and just straight up mill all your opponents to death...
Altar of the Brood and Undead Alchemist seem like they would be really fun together too. Especially in large multiplayer games where people run creature-heavy decks.
Melira+persist is a boring, unimaginative combo which isn't particularly tied to Khans cards.
This isn't about the most imaginative though, it's about combos that work - and persist is tried ad true. Clearly it works well with this card combo, which is why I mentioned it - and will throw it in as an alternate win-con to my persist abuse deck.

Took me a second but I got it.
Also, another user on here figured this out but if you use
Retraction helix + Jeskai Ascendency + Astral Cornucopia and any valid target for the Helix you can make an entire team huge and swing. Really, any zero cost, non creature artifact will do.

Probably one of my favorite new combos with Altar of the Brood is with Genesis Wave and Tormod's Crypt however Brago, King Eternal isn't bad either. Also no love for Howl of the Horde with Scuttling Doom Engine and Shrapnel Blast?
