Do you have the cards where when you play them you have to read the flavor text also? Or are there any that you really like for that specific card?
2 of my favorites are:
Deflection - but not the newest one, I prefer the Ice Age flavor "Up and down, over and through, back around - the joke's on you." - and the Ice Age art is among my favorites as well.
Desertion - I can't play this card without first saying the flavor.
Fodder Cannon is a classic, of course. Step 1: Find your cousin.
Step 2: Get your cousin in the cannon.
Step 3: Find another cousin.
Or the ever amazing Mudbrawler Raiders. To reach the ravine of the Wanderbrine River, they were told to take the shortcut "through the mountains." They took the directions literally.
Red seems to have some of the best texts in the game as is. See: Canyon Minotaur. Such a bad card. Such awesome flavortext. "We'll scale these cliffs, traverse Brittle Bridge, and then fight our way down the volcanic slopes on the other side.""Isn't the shortest route through the canyon?""Yes.""So shouldn't we—""No."
And sure, Chandra might be a bit of a Jaya Ballard knockoff, on Circle of Fire, Incinerate, Magma Rift and Inferno Elemental, she shows to have just as much wit as her older mentor. "Which do you think is a better deterrent: a moat of water or one of fire?" "Spontaneous combustion is a myth. If you burst into flame, someone wanted you to." "Lighting a fire needs kindling and heat. You be the kindling. I'll bring the heat." "Those who wish to invade our monastery, please take it up with my servant."
I'm also partial to Olivia Voldaren's sayings. Especially given her backstory. Such a shame we never got Innistrad books. "Drain the victim's blood, sell the corpse, and use the soul on guard duty. No muss, no fuss, no problems." - Haunted Guardian "I can make you dance to my tune like a puppet, your very blood eager to obey." - Traitorous Blood

"Home is where you can find a decent graveyard and strangers can disappear without awkward questions." - Braids, Cabal Minion. Her quotes in general are one of several reasons as to why she's my cardboard waifu.

The Modern Masters Tarmogoyf: "What doesn't grow, dies. And what dies grows the tarmogoyf."
Well written (causality chain and the grow dies - dies grows mirror), concise (there are longer flavor texts that say less), deep (the first sentence touches philosophy and evolution) and oh so true (cards in graveyard make the creature bigger).
omniscience

As an aside, "resonate" is an awesome word. It should be a card title or a keyword. Probably Red in nature.
Cheers!

Manabarbs - "I don't know why people say a double-edged sword is bad. It's a sword. With two edges."
Counterspell - "Your attack has been rendered harmless. It is, however, quite pretty."
Devastation - There is much talk about the art of creation. What about the art of destruction?
