White is my favourite. I love the versatility of small tokens, the deck-building challenges offered by enchantments, a tapout approach to control, badass knights and priests smiting evil with holy powers, and everything about angels.
My least favourite would either be red or green. Haven't voted yet. I don't hate any of them (I used to hate red, but it grew on me recently) but both do a lot of something I don't like. Red is too aggressive for my tastes, and green has terribly boring big creatures that aren't as fun as what is found in other colours in my mind.
Red is my favorite conceptually, and with support from UBG, is enjoyable and variable enough despite the very narrow approach seen in a lot of its mechanics.
White's my least favorite. I dont like the white weenie archetype, nor the grind out of massive amounts of life gain.
Favorite color is hands down white. I'm a fan of the Lawful Neutral philosophy, and gameplay wise I like having access to both giant armies and some of the most efficient, flexible removal around. As my signature indicates, I like griefing combo players by playing "symmetrical" rules-altering effects, many of which are white. The only white decks I really dislike are controlly grindfests that ignore the red zone as much as possible, like Miracles and Soul Sisters.
Least favorite color is harder. I can't hate blue because it has counterspells, and counterspells are awesome. I can't hate red because it has burn spells, and burn spells are almost as awesome as white removal. I can't hate green because I find durdle-ramp-Eldrazi nonsense fun. You'd think that would leave black, which is my least favorite color flavorwise, but all of my best tournament finishes have come from playing decks with black in them.
In any case, everyone knows the best color is brown, which is why my current favorite deck has only two colored cards in it.
My favorite color is blue, and I like white and black quite a bit too. My least favorite is definitely red, I just don't like the philosophy of throwing away resources for a quick boost. That's not to say I dislike playing with red cards - some of my favorite decks take advantage of the versatility inherent in burn spells - I just dislike the color's philosophy and strategy.
Blue is definitely my favourite color and I enjoy playing it with every other color. I like the ability to control as well as the evasion that blue offers. The flavor of blue is always strong and I have to say it is also my favorite color visually so it makes it nice to look at from my point of view. I imagine no one likes to look at counterspells though... from the other side.
Red is my most disliked, which doesn't mean I hate it, but I just don't really like making a deck around red things but instead like making multicolor decks where red features. I like the draw card/discard a card mechanic that is now very red as it makes for some selective drawing. But like others have said, the temporary effects I am not a fan of, like the temporary copy spells that see the token get exiled at the end of the turn or something like that. I guess it requires an aggressive frame of mind and I have yet to make a successful red deck. Perhaps it is inaccurate to say that I dislike red, but instead, red is my weakest color to play as.
For favorite, I'd have to say black. I like the 'everything's a resource' attitude.
For least favorite, green. You can probably guess it's green's relationship to flying. It's not parsimonious and ultimately adds exactly nothing to the game. And judging by last year, green doesn't even get trample. Why not also abandon hexproof, vigilance, flash, regenerate, and deathtouch? All you'll ever need is reach! At least...that's design's attitude.

Target creature with flying loses indestructible. Destroy it. If that creature is named Squadron Hawk, exile it instead, and search its controller's library, hand, and graveyard for all cards named Squadron Hawk and exile them.
Card advantage is not the same thing as card draw. Something for 2B cannot be strictly worse than something for BBB or 3BB. If you're taking out Swords to Plowshares for Plummet, you're a fool. Stop doing these things!
I think, when it really comes down to it, the color I enjoy the most is black. My very favorite deck is legacy pox. When used correctly, black is even better than blue at utterly destroying the opponent's plans and winning at its leisure. I know lots of people will say pox is tier 2 or 3 at best, but I've had very good results with it... a big part of it is because it's so infuriating to play against that people make a ton of mistakes. Unfortunately for me, many of my favorite black traits are not nearly as viable outside of legacy. I play a lot of blue and white because of their power and versatility, but black is more fun.
My least favorite is EASILY red. It's got some good cards and makes it's way into a few of my decks, but it's just not my style. It's too fast, too direct, too "in your face." I'd much rather sit back and watch somebody squirm and rage for 17 turns than race for a win in 4.
