There just two decks you can play with. They were made so someone could buy them hand one of the decks to a friend and play.
The set is Starter 1999 and they all have basic abilities since they were made for new players.
I don't know what you have there, but a handful of cards from the set are worth money. For example, Goblin Settlers is about a $30-$35 card. The cards with few reprints are typically the ones from that set that are worth something. http://magiccards.info/query?q=e:st/en&s=issue&v=card&p=1
As far as that particular box set goes, I dont seem to see it anywhere. Maybe someone has more info on what it's called. All I know is that those are Starter 1999 cards.
I think the two decks in that are preset, meaning they all have the same contents, and thus not worth anything. Some of the starter gift boxes did contain one or two boosters though, so there's a slim chance of there being something valuable. The weird thing with that picture though is that that box looks like the 4th edition gift set box. Valuewise, it's not worth anything since it's opened, unless there happens to be a handful of semi-valueable cards, and even if it was sealed, you wouldn't be making bank.
