I was checkin all the game day promos when i crossed with suture priest and pristine talisman. Ok, i got the difference of pristine talisman, but what about suture priest? The promo is just like the normal card? All the details are the same?
thanks!

"A man, and such a fool! I, a woman, will fight them for you."
Suture Priest was given out at Mirrodin Besieged game days for being on the side of Phyrexians and Taslisman for being on the side of Mirrodians. The only way to recognize those is to find unopened pack of them. Otherwise they are just like the regular ones.
There's also promos of Piece Strider and Pierce Strider from Scars of Mirrodin Game Day, depending which side you chose.

That's only true for Suture Priest--it is identical to the same card pulled from a New Phyrexia pack. Pristine Talisman however, is unique. It has a different set symbol--the imagined symbol if the set had been Mirrodin Pure.
It is currently listed at $6 on SCG. I suspect over time Pristine Talisman will go up in value. It was only given out in very small quantities (2 to each Advanced level WPN store, 1 to each core level store) and, as it is not foil, nor alternate art, it is very easy to miss if it is thrown in with other worthless New Phyrexia commons.

It used be worth $20 on the same site. I imagine it won't go up much more than current price since it isn't really played(not even much in Commander) and even then, you can get the normal for less or foil for also probably less.
Collector value is all the card really has going for it.
I saw the Talisman for $80 over the summer right after NPH or maybe the Core Set came out. The novelty will continue to wear off but it will maintain some value as a rare oddity.
